The whole of Megumi gang had shifted their base of operation from the decapitated building to the alien spaceship. They were given a large room as well as two more smaller room for living. This gesture of hospitality was only thanks to Megumi's help in saving Cross. Though most of the aliens were skeptical against humans living with them at close quarters, they realised that they were formidable and could be insurance for the future.
Aoi put the jar on the round table. The eye ball floated inside the jar. Sanso looked closely at it, without touching it he scanned the whole jar a full round.
"So this is the eye of the most revered sorcerer, Satarou Gojo" Hima the miko girl said stuffing a lot of buns inside her mouth. With a forceful gulp she swallowed all of them and pulled the jar closer to inspect more closely. "Spiky head wants to bring him back" she fumbled lightly.
Aoi sat near her and was looking into the jar. Aoi was the blind girl in Megumi's team. Though she was not blind from birth but a harrowing incident took her eyesight forever from her (which will be told later on). She covers her eyes with a dark blue blindfold just like Gojo. Coincidentally her hair is also white which she ties into a ponytail.
"He left behind this notebook, saying there was all that I needed to know about the prerequisites for the ritual" Hima said waving a flimsy piece of notebook.
"Give me I will read it for you" Aoi said and took the book.
"Oh thankk " Hima stopped suddenly and realised that she had asked a blind woman to read.
But Aoi filled the book with cursed energy. After which she began turning the few pages and read it. After a few minutes she put the book back and absorbed the curse energy still lingering on the papers.
"I understand, the ritual will take place in Shinjuku" she said looking at Hima.
"Oh it's nice to know that but if you don't mind can you tell me Aoi san how did you read the book" Hima implored curious to know.
"I just drenched the whole book with curse energy. The ink absorbs some of the energy and I could see the words as curse energy markings. Well I did reabsorb much of it back. Can't waste precious energy" Aoi explained to her.
[Aoi curse technique is known as Curse energy transmigration. The technique allows her to swap the curse energy content of two separate objects. However this swapping is only temporary. Aoi must hold the two energy from returning back to their original sources. Ofcourse small curse energy, she can hold for several minutes. But large curse energy transfer she can barely hold for 10 seconds. That was why she struggle to keep Yuji black flash energy in the rock.
Surprisingly she is also the current bearer of the Six eyes, despite losing her eyeballs]
"I use my curse energy to do much of my daily works. Even moving here and there i let out little curse energy into the surroundings to get an image of what is around me. Using so much curse energy each day, I end up with so little energy that is no good for fights" She explained while laughing.
"You are a very strong lady, Aoi san. You have been helping that brute for so long. I am genuinely moved. I want to be a great sorcerer as you" Hami said merrily
"You are already a very strong sorcerer and Megumi sama acknowledges you" she said stroking her hair.
The door slided and Megumi entered the room. Seeing him a sense of anger dawned over Hami's mind.
