Alright, before you start, let me just say this, I know to some the title may be a bit misleading but this isn't one of those stories
No system, No leveling screen popping up every five seconds.
Power System Overview:
In my world, everything revolves around mana. Every living person has mana, but how they use it and how far they can push it all depends on talent, training, and natural affinity.
Types of Magic
1. Standard Magic (Common Magic)
This is what most people use. Basic elemental spells, reinforcement, simple techniques, nothing too crazy. Adventurers, soldiers, and regular mages fall into this category.
2. Light Magic
Used by priests, priestesses, saints and in rare conditions holy knights. This type of magic focuses more on healing, purification, buffs, protection and expelling evil. It's rare and respected, and not just anyone can use it, it usually requires a certain affinity or blessing.
3. Dark Magic
This is a forbidden art and it's not something you're born with. it's obtained through extreme means, like massive human sacrifice. Because of that, it's feared and hated. It's powerful, unstable, and often comes with a psychological or physical cost.
4. Lineage arts
Certain families are born with unique abilities that can't be learned or copied. These abilities can range from special magic types to completely unique powers.
Power Progression simplified:
People in this world get stronger through experience and combat, for some there's a limit to how strong they can get but there are others who can still push past that limit
There is no harem,
Not the "every girl falls in love with the MC for breathing" type. Characters have their own lives, their own goals. Relationships take time, and not everything revolves around the main character.
There is also no smut or fan service
Main Character:
Originally known as Lee dohyun but is now inhabiting the body of Caelus. While he is strong, he doesn't go around drawing attention to himself. If anything, he tends to avoid it completely. He just wants to explore this new world he had been transmigrated to just like he had always dreamt of since he was little. But at the same time, he's not the type to stand by when things go bad.
He's also not some emotionless robot. This is his life now. When things get ugly, it hits him. It's not like the mangas he used to read where you can just flip the page and move on. Some things stay with him, sometimes emotionally scaring him.
