Chapter 163: Issuing the Global Hunt for Western Players!
...
Seito muttered to himself under his breath. He felt that his guild members were becoming increasingly unhinged by the day. It was as if the entire Fatui had been systematically corrupted by the combined influence of Iori Kitahara and Hidenori Tabata.
"Go!"
Without lingering, Seito gave a sweeping wave of his hand.
In an instant, the entire Fatui legion lunged toward the Western players like a pack of starving wolves!
"Heh heh heh! Finally, the fun begins!"
"Don't let that tall blonde one get away!"
"Hey, you over there! What are you doing?!
Why are you looting your own teammate?!"
"Hand over everything you've got if you want to keep your levels!!!"
The Fatui players moved with terrifying efficiency. If a Western player refused to surrender their resources, they were "pruned" immediately. Gender meant nothing; mercy was non-existent. They only wanted the loot.
Seeing this, Seito nodded in satisfaction. Excellent... precisely as it should be.
"It seems today's harvest will be quite bountiful," Sora remarked, walking casually to Seito's side.
The number of Western players on the 21st floor was significant—at least a million had crossed over, with more pouring in every second. Today was going to be a gold mine.
"Indeed," Seito agreed.
"Um... Seito-kun?" Maple suddenly stepped up to his side, pointing a small finger toward a specific Fatui member in the distance. "Is that... is that Kirito-kun?"
Seito blinked and followed her gaze. There, in the thick of the fray, was Kirito. He wore a wildly arrogant grin, dual-wielding his blades as he mercilessly bisected Western players being tossed his way by other guild members.
"GAHAHAHA!!"
"Starburst Stream! Go to hell, you trash!"
"Tch! What a bunch of paupers!!"
Seito: "..."
It's only been half a month... has he already been completely 'brain-rotted'? Iori-san, you truly haven't let my expectations down.
Kirito—or "Papa Kirito" as the guild now called him—felt fantastic. He had never felt this alive!
What kind of life was he living before? Being a "Beater" and a solo player just to look cool? That was incredibly childish in hindsight. Dragging a pack of brothers along to cause absolute chaos—now that was where the real fun was. It was exhilarating!
Kirito felt like his life finally had true value.
Nearby, Hachiman Hikigaya watched with his signature dead-fish eyes, his lip twitching violently. Looking at Kirito's current state, he couldn't help but recall when they first joined the Fatui. Back then, Kirito was a normal, brooding protagonist. Now? He was a full-blown chaotic gremlin.
Hachiman felt a chill of horror. He realized that if he didn't distance himself from Iori and the others soon, he would eventually be assimilated. Even a "Logic Monster" like him wouldn't last three days against that kind of stupidity. The "Teacher of Loneliness" trembled in fear.
Two hours passed. It was now 10:00 PM.
Maple,Kirukiru Amou, and the others had already logged out. They had to wake up early for the school trip, after all. The only Harbingers remaining were Sora, Shiro, Haruno, and Ako. They stayed behind with Seito to tally the spoils.
"Not bad. These Western players are surprisingly loaded. The total gold count is over fifty million," Seito said, his mood brightening as he looked at the guild's skyrocketing treasury.
"I have two Orange-tier materials on my end," Haruno reported after scanning the loot.
Seito nodded. Two pieces was a great result, considering the Westerners had been stuck on the lower floors where drop rates were lower. Besides, not every player was willing to drop their rarest items upon death.
"I'm heading out too. I need to be up early tomorrow," Seito said, stretching his limbs.
Word of the Fatui "gatekeeping" the 21st floor had already spread across the forums. The Western players would likely stop teleporting in for a while.
"What should we do about the rest of them? We only hit a fraction of their total population, excluding Laughing Coffin,"
Haruno asked.
"Don't worry about it," Seito replied with a sly grin. He opened the Imperial Interface and issued a global quest to all players currently wandering the Snezhnaya Empire.
[Quest: The Great Western Hunt!]
Description: Emperor Sei of the Snezhnaya Empire successfully raided a batch of Western players today, but the numbers were too low for his satisfaction. The Emperor is displeased.

Equipment piece.
Inside the Empire, the Eastern Server players saw the notification and immediately checked the rewards. When they saw "Territory," "Imperial Officer," and "Red Gear," the community exploded.
"Holy crap! Territory! The Boss is finally giving out land!"
"I'm gonna cry, it's finally happening!"
"Red gear! I want that Red gear! Westerners, don't run! Daddy's coming for you!"
"Brothers! Gear up! It's hunting season!"
The Eastern Server players went feral. Only a fool would skip this quest. Besides, the Western players were mostly Level 40—total scrubs that could be crushed with a flick of the wrist.
In an instant, God's Domain descended into chaos. Countless Eastern Server players scoured every floor to hunt down Westerners. The Western players found themselves in a living hell.
Seito watched the world chat fill with the curses and lamentations of the Westerners and smiled warmly. Without further delay, he logged out.
He removed his gaming helmet, closed his eyes, and drifted into a peaceful sleep.
The next morning.
"Meow~"
Seito had just opened his eyes when he heard a soft cry. Little Sun-Moon was staring at him with her large, shimmering eyes.
