The air on campus felt heavier than usual.
As if something was about to happen.
Abhi vs Aditya
Near the basketball court, Aditya stood alone, checking his phone.
"Aditya."
A firm voice.
Aditya looked up.
Abhi stood in front of him, serious and direct.
"I need to talk."
Aditya nodded calmly. "Go ahead."
Abhi stepped closer.
"What exactly are you trying to do?"
Aditya's expression didn't change.
"I don't understand."
Abhi let out a short breath.
"You're acting smart, but I've seen everything."
Aditya raised an eyebrow. "Seen what?"
Abhi's voice sharpened.
"First Swati… then Priyanka?"
A brief silence followed.
Aditya spoke slowly,
"I think you're misunderstanding."
"Am I?" Abhi replied.
"Because it doesn't look like that."
Aditya's calm expression turned serious.
"Don't assume things you don't know."
Abhi clenched his fists.
"Then make it clear."
Aditya looked straight into his eyes.
"I don't owe you an explanation."
The tension between them became visible. Neither of them stepped back.
Swati Notices
From a distance, Swati saw them.
Abhi… arguing.
Her brows furrowed.
"Abhi…?"
She had never seen him like this before.
Something felt off.
And for the first time in a long while, she started paying attention to him again.
Poonam, Upendra and Ayush
In the classroom, Poonam and Upendra were sitting together, going through notes.
"See, you finally got it," Poonam said.
Upendra smiled. "Only because my teacher is good."
She smiled back. It felt natural. Easy.
Ayush Watching
At the door, Ayush stood still.
Watching them.
Again.
This time, the feeling was stronger.
He walked in and stopped near their bench.
"Poonam."
She looked up. "Oh… Ayush."
Upendra turned calmly.
Ayush crossed his arms.
"Very busy these days?"
Poonam frowned.
"What do you mean?"
Upendra sensed the tension.
"I think I should—"
"No, it's fine," Poonam said.
Jealousy Shows
Ayush's tone changed.
"New partner mil gaya toh purane log yaad nahi aate?"
Poonam looked at him, surprised.
"Ayush, what are you saying?"
Upendra stood up.
"Relax. There's no problem here."
Ayush looked at him sharply.
"You stay out of this."
Breaking Point
Poonam stood up.
"Enough, Ayush."
Her voice was steady.
"I don't owe you any explanation."
That stopped him.
He went silent.
Because somewhere, he knew she was right.
But still, something inside him resisted.
Ending Scene
Three tensions rising at once—
Abhi and Aditya, now in open conflict.
Swati, slowly beginning to notice Abhi again.
Ayush, struggling with feelings he never acknowledged before.
