I. Cultivation Realms
The Lower Realm
The Lower Realm is the starting point for all mortal beings.
1. Body Tempering Realm (1st - 9th Stage)
Details: The foundation of all cultivation. Practitioners absorb ambient Qi to forcefully purge mortal impurities, cleanse their bone marrow, and strengthen their muscles. Without a strong physical vessel, absorbing higher-tier Qi will cause the body to explode.
2. Spirit Realm (1st - 9th Stage)
Details: The first true step into immortality. Cultivators open their meridians to store Spirit Qi in their dantian. They can project Qi externally for attacks, form minor barriers, and wield magical artifacts.
3. Origin Realm (1st - 9th Stage)
Details: The Spirit Qi in the dantian condenses into a liquid Origin state, dramatically increasing its density and power. Cultivators can fly short distances and use profound martial skills. This is a mid-to-high tier power level in border regions like Poison Valley Town.
4. Nascent Soul Realm (1st - 9th Stage)
Details: The Origin liquid solidifies and gives birth to a miniature, golden soul resembling the cultivator. If the physical body is destroyed, the Nascent Soul can escape and attempt to possess a new host, granting a form of pseudo-immortality.
5. Profound Realm (Early / Mid / Late)
Details: The cultivator begins to comprehend the profound laws of the world.
6. Heavenly Realm (Early / Mid / Late)
Details: Cultivators resonate with the Heavenly Dao. They can draw upon the vast power of the heavens to unleash catastrophic attacks capable of flattening entire mountain ranges.
7. Half-Step Immortal (Early / Mid / Late)
Details: A transitional phase. The cultivator begins to shed the last remnants of their mortal flesh, slowly converting their worldly Origin Qi into pure Immortal Qi.
8. Immortal Realm (Early / Mid / Late)
Details: The absolute peak of the Lower Realm. The mortal coil is entirely discarded. However, the Lower Realm's fragile spatial laws cannot support their power for long. Upon reaching the peak of this stage, the Heavenly Dao forces them to undergo the Ascension Tribulation and ascend to the Upper Realms.
The Upper Realm
Upon surviving the Ascension Tribulation, cultivators arrive in the Upper Realms.
1. Immortal Realm
Details: The baseline of the Upper Realm. What was considered a god-like existence in the Lower Realm is now a standard foot soldier or commoner in the higher planes.

5. Divine Immortal
II. Cultivator Talent Grades
Trash: Blocked or mangled meridians. Unable to sense or absorb Spirit Qi. Destined to remain a mortal. (Gu Fan's original host body was graded as Trash).
Mortal: Narrow, fragile meridians. With immense effort, they might reach the mid-stages of the Body Tempering Realm before their potential dries up.
Earth: Average talent. The backbone of minor clans and sects. Capable of reaching the Spirit Realm with enough resources.
King: A once-in-a-century genius in small cities. Highly likely to break through to the Origin Realm. Heavily nurtured by their families.
Emperor: Extremely rare. Guarantees a smooth path to the Nascent Soul Realm. Such talents are usually poached by large sects.
Heaven: Blessed by the Dao. Their births are often accompanied by minor heavenly phenomena. They face zero bottlenecks before the Profound Realm. (Gu Ling possesses Heaven-Grade talent).
Saint: Peerless, epoch-defining talent. They can comprehend complex martial laws in days rather than decades.
Immortal: Born with inherent traces of Immortal Qi in their bloodline. They are destined to ascend to the Upper Realms, provided they aren't assassinated early.
Divine: Unfathomable potential.
Mythical: Existences out of legend. Their talent defies the established rules of the universe, allowing them to fight easily across major cultivation realms.
Celestial: The absolute peak of existence. Possesses the potential to overwrite the universe's laws and become a Creator.
III. Grades of Artifacts
Weapons, armours, and utility items are refined and sorted into strict hierarchical tiers.
