Neo was pulled back into reality in an instant. He was once again in that white-tiled room. This time, the occupants of the room had been divided into two parts:
Those that had been eliminated from the game and those that were still playing. The latter part only had a handful of members.
Neo's return to reality was noticed by some people who were closely paying attention to the remaining players in the game. Tyrese and Anika were among those people.
Neo calmly walked towards them while they rushed to meet him.
"What happened? Why are you out so fast?" Anika dared to ask.
"Bryce told us that you eliminated that annoying tree person before he left the room and that your path was cleared. How come you didn't win?" Tyrese questioned, genuinely curious.
Reminded of the injustice done to him, Neo's fists clenched in anger.
"Helios did me wrong."
