To avoid drawing attention, Daenerys quickly left the scene, while Dreamfire and Miraxis, sensing Daenerys's emotions, swiftly arrived above her location.
To prevent panic among the crowd, Daenerys quickly conveyed instructions to them via telepathy to stay away from the people.
Through three years of interaction with Dreamfire, Daenerys had long mastered the method of telepathic communication with her.
What pleasantly surprised her was that Miraxis had only been with her for a few months, yet they could already communicate telepathically.
Almost all Dragon Riders of the Targaryen Family could achieve mind-to-mind communication with their Dragons, with Daemon and Rhaenys being prime examples.
However, someone like Daenerys, who could communicate telepathically with two Dragons simultaneously and accurately convey her commands, had never appeared before.
After running out of Fishing Village, Daenerys rode Dreamfire directly to the White Sheep Town's government hall.
At this time, Samwell was discussing the detailed implementation of the Martial Arts Tournament with Mederick, Cameron, and Annie.
Upon seeing Daenerys enter, they all respectfully stood up and saluted.
Daenerys directly asked Mederick,
"How much do you plan to charge for vendor spots at the Martial Arts Tournament?"
Mederick sensed that Daenerys must be unhappy right now, although the young princess appeared outwardly calm.
So he carefully replied,
"Princess, we have temporarily set it at 1000 Gold Dragons!"
"Adjust it to ten thousand Gold Dragons. If the Lannister and Hightower Families want to participate, give them the best positions and charge them fifty thousand Gold Dragons directly."
"That much?"
Samwell was surprised to hear Daenerys's instructions.
Daenerys confidently said,
"You must not underestimate the competitive spirit of those young nobles!"
"Forget about being able to display family strength; when they get together, they'll even compare who can pee the furthest!"
Daenerys's vulgar words immediately made everyone present feel awkward, and her personal maid, Annie, subtly tugged at Daenerys's clothes.
Daenerys continued to instruct as if nothing had happened,
"Just do it boldly; believe me, the extent of those young nobles will exceed your imagination."
"Oh, Mederick, Torren wants to ask you both for a favor."
Mederick immediately replied respectfully,
"Princess, your brother will certainly do whatever you command; please tell us!"
Daenerys leaned close to Mederick and whispered in his ear,
"Spread a message saying that I once charged 100,000 Gold Dragons to take you on a flight around Dragonstone on my Dragon."
"And that I held you in my arms!"
Daenerys's words immediately made Mederick's face flush.
"Princess, this is improper! It will harm your reputation!"
Daenerys continued indifferently.
"Just do as I say; I don't care about such things!"
"My reputation as a money-grubber has already spread throughout the Seven Kingdoms, why would I care about this now?!"
"If you handle this well, I will reward you handsomely!"
After giving her instructions, Daenerys left the government hall with satisfaction.
Miraxis
"Ah! I haven't seen those two Dragon Eggs in days, today is a good day to check on them!"
Coming out of the government hall, Daenerys suddenly felt an urge to see the two Dragon Eggs. So she rode Dreamfire back to her cave.
Gently stroking the two Dragon Eggs, already warmed by the earth's fire, Daenerys felt a surging energy brewing within them.
She hadn't expected that in just a few days, the life essence of these two Dragon Eggs had significantly strengthened.
"It seems this new volcano and these gems are indeed greatly beneficial to Dragons!"
"If only I could move all the Tankrian Family's Dragon Eggs here, I wonder how many more Dragons would hatch!"
However, the Targaryen Royal Family has strict management regulations for Dragon Eggs; even Daenerys cannot easily obtain them.
"Alas! But I can use my mother's pregnancy as an excuse to choose two Dragon Eggs to try!"
Without further ado, Daenerys rode Dreamfire towards the Dragonpit in King's Landing.
Because after House Targaryen built the Dragonpit in King's Landing, they moved all the Dragon Eggs there.
Since returning to Dragonstone, Daenerys had only visited Tarth Island a few times for hunting in the Narrow Sea over three years; this was her first time back in King's Landing.
So, when Dreamfire appeared over King's Landing again, it immediately caused a sensation among the common people.
Daenerys rode Dreamfire directly to the Dragonpit, but she did not put Dreamfire inside the Dragonpit, instead having her wait outside.
"Greetings, Princess!"
The Dragon Guard respectfully greeted Daenerys in valyrian.
"I'm here to choose two Dragon Eggs for the child in my mother's womb; take me there!"
"Yes!"
The Dragon Guard respectfully walked ahead, leading Daenerys towards the furnace room where the Dragon Eggs were stored.
To facilitate better hatching, all of House Targaryen's Dragon Eggs were kept in furnaces and nourished daily with charcoal fire. Thus, the temperature in the Dragon Egg storage room was very high.
Upon entering the furnace room, even the heat-resistant Daenerys felt some difficulty breathing.
"You can wait for me at the entrance; I'll go in and choose slowly myself."
"Yes, Princess!"
"Princess, the further inside you go, the older the Dragon Eggs are. There are even two that were brought from Ancient Valyria!"
"Okay, I understand."
Daenerys replied calmly, but her heart was already overflowing with joy.
Because the bloodline of Dragon Eggs from the Ancient Valyria period was much stronger than those laid by Dragons after they came to Dragonstone.
However, Daenerys did not rush further inside, but observed each one.
The furnace room was very large, over a hundred square meters in size. Inside, forty to fifty coal-burning furnaces were densely arranged.
The shells of these Dragon Eggs were like sculptures made of dazzling gems. The Dragon Eggs were enormous; Daenerys needed both hands to lift them.
And each time she held these Dragon Eggs, it was as if she was holding the weight of the entire world.
These Dragon Eggs, having endured the vicissitudes of time, had become eternal fossils, yet they still shone with a mesmerizing luster. Their surfaces were covered with fine, fish-scale-like scales, vibrant in color, and with intricate patterns, just like the most beautiful gems, exuding captivating charm.
Even though Daenerys had admired them countless times, each time she was still captivated by their charm.
Finally, Daenerys reached the two oldest Dragon Eggs.
Opening the furnace that contained them, Daenerys found that one of the Dragon Eggs was blood-red with a whirlwind-like pattern. The other was charcoal-black with beautiful silver ripple patterns.
Gently stroking the two Dragon Eggs, Daenerys felt that the magical fluctuations within them were not weak. Moreover, they were denser than most other Dragon Eggs.
"This is strange? If so, why haven't these two Dragon Eggs hatched yet?"
