Chapter 14 - Eliza, You Only Need to Become My Wu Liang's Woman!

Wu Liang put down the charcoal pencil he was holding and looked at her with interest.

Calculating the time, he had kept the Great Priestess waiting for a month. It seemed she couldn't hold back any longer.

"I..."

Eliza opened her mouth.

Hearing the news of Wei Xian's pregnancy today, she felt deeply moved in her heart.

In that moment, she suddenly envied Wei Xian.

That evening, watching the entire Tribe celebrate wildly, she hid alone in a corner, feeling a solitude she had never experienced before.

She recalled everything Wu Liang had done for the Tribe during this period.

She recalled the playful look the man occasionally cast toward her.

As well as the sounds she'd heard outside the tent that night, which made her blush furiously... Impulsive thoughts began to grow wildly in her heart.

And so, she came.

But standing truly before Wu Liang, she felt lost and became timid.

"My new house was finished building today."

Eliza lowered her head, her voice as faint as a mosquito's buzz.

"There are some heavy things inside, and I wanted to ask you to help me move them."

This excuse was truly terrible.

Wu Liang suppressed his laughter and feigned an expression of sudden realization.

"Oh, so that's what it is."

Wu Liang didn't expose Eliza's little scheme.

"Let's go then. I'd be happy to serve you."

Eliza beamed with joy, but immediately turned away to hide it, quickly leading the way.

Wu Liang followed behind her, his gaze fixed on her swaying waist and long legs.

Enjoying the pleasant sight along the way, they quickly arrived at Eliza's new home.

The house was empty, containing only a few pieces of furniture and boxes that had just been moved in.

"It's those few boxes."

Eliza pointed to several large wooden boxes in the corner, feeling guilty and daring not to look into Wu Liang's eyes.

"Just these?" Wu Liang asked casually.

"Mhm..."

Eliza's voice dropped even lower.

Wu Liang quickly moved the boxes into the second-floor room according to Eliza's instructions.

"Alright, Great Priestess, is there anything else you need my help with?"

Wu Liang clapped the dust off his hands, stood at the top of the stairs on the second floor, and looked at her with a smile.

"N-no more."

Eliza stood in the center of the first-floor living room, appearing helpless.

"Thank you."

"Just saying thank you isn't very sincere."

Wu Liang walked down the stairs step by step, closing in on Eliza.

Eliza nervously backed away repeatedly until her back hit the cold wall, leaving her nowhere to retreat.

"W-what do you want to do?"

She raised her head, staring in panic at the man who was a head taller than her.

The strong masculine scent emanating from him, mixed with the smell of sweat, rushed over her, making her feel momentarily suffocated and weak in the knees.

"What I want to do, haven't you known all along?"

Wu Liang stretched out his hand, bracing it against the wall beside her ear, completely enveloping her in his shadow.

His voice was low and magnetic, echoing like a devil's whisper in the silent room.

"Great Priestess, the Chief is already pregnant. Isn't it my turn to serve you now?"

"Could it be that you, Great Priestess, really came to find me tonight just to move boxes?"

"Why have you constantly appeared near me, intentionally or unintentionally, over the past month?"

"Why do your eyes look displeased when I talk to other women?"

"Why do you blush, your heart pound, and run away in panic every time I look at you?"

With every question Wu Liang asked, he pressed closer.

Eliza's heart pounded like a drum. She felt that all her pretenses had been mercilessly torn away by this man.

All her thoughts were laid bare before Wu Liang.

"I... I didn't! Don't talk nonsense!"

Eliza looked flustered, turning her face away.

She was still attempting a final, weak struggle.

"Didn't?"

Wu Liang chuckled, and with one hand, gently lifted her chin, forcing Eliza to meet his gaze.

"Who was the person eavesdropping outside Wei Xian's tent that night?"

"Didn't you feel moved, Great Priestess?"

Swish!

That sentence instantly made Eliza's face turn crimson.

"I don't know what you're talking about. Fine, you should leave!"

A surge of inexplicable shame and anger made Eliza bite her lip and push open the room door.

He knew it all along!

He knew right from the start!

He had been laughing at her for the entire month!

"You called me here, and now you're telling me to leave? That won't do."

Wu Liang looked at her, smiling.

"You won't leave? Then I will!"

Eliza, as if throwing a tantrum, turned her waist and headed toward the door.

"That won't do either!"

Wu Liang's voice came from behind, and then Eliza was grabbed around the waist from behind and easily hoisted onto his shoulder.

"Ah! Let me go! Let me go!"

Eliza twisted desperately on Wu Liang's shoulder, her small fists pounding his broad back.

"Great Priestess, there's no reason to let go of prey that delivered itself right to me. Just accept your fate."

Wu Liang laughed heartily as he carried her, striding up to the second floor.

He kicked open the door to the second-floor bedroom.

Wu Liang roughly tossed Eliza onto the large bed.

Before Eliza could get up, Wu Liang's tall figure had already pressed down on her.

He raised both of her wrists above her head and firmly restrained them with just one hand.

"You demon! Let go of me!"

Eliza twisted her body violently, her eyes moist, and her pretty face flushed pink.

"Demon?"

Wu Liang leaned down, almost touching her ear, and chuckled softly:

"Soon, you'll realize that 'demon' is actually a compliment."

"Have you forgotten the reason you brought me back?"

"Have you forgotten that the Tribe's population needs to increase?"

"Great Priestess, do you intend to shirk your responsibilities?"

Wu Liang stared into Eliza's moist, large eyes, speaking in an utterly domineering tone.

"Eliza, tell me, don't you want to experience the Chief's pleasure?"

Wu Liang's words pierced Eliza's heart like sharp knives.

That's right.

Why should I resist him?

This man possesses strength and wisdom.

His arrival brought vitality and energy to the Tribe, bringing iron tools, brick houses, and crop cultivation techniques.

He is now practically an indispensable member of the Tribe.

And he was right. After Wei Xian successfully conceived, shouldn't she, as the Great Priestess, shoulder her responsibility?

Furthermore, when she came to find him tonight, wasn't this exactly what she was thinking?

Why, at this final critical moment, was she retreating and becoming timid?

Eliza, what is wrong with you?

"Wu Liang, perhaps you are right."

Thinking this, all of Eliza's strength seemed to drain away.

She stopped struggling, looked intently into Wu Liang's eyes, and said softly:

"Tonight, take whatever you want..."

Seeing Eliza in this state, Wu Liang reached out and stroked her delicate face.

"Eliza, you are a smart woman. You should know what you will gain by following me."

"Not only can I make the Black Rock Tribe stronger, but I can also take you to see the wider world outside."

"I can teach you knowledge, making you the most learned woman. I can grant you immense power."

Wu Liang's eyes became fervent and domineering.

"And you, Eliza, only need to become my Wu Liang's woman."

Eliza looked at the domineering man before her, her heart pounding uncontrollably in her chest.

A fiery emotion could no longer be suppressed.

She knew she had nowhere to run, and even more, she shouldn't evade this.

Eliza, be brave and embrace him.

This is what you've wanted all along, isn't it? He is right in front of you.

"Wu Liang!"

Eliza suddenly stretched out both arms and wrapped them around Wu Liang's neck.

"I... I agree."
