Chapter 166 - Mmph... mmph... "Wu Liang! I command you to release them!"

"I can agree to all your demands! Just let them go!"

She shouted at Wu Liang.

"Oh? You'll agree to all my demands?"

Wu Liang raised an eyebrow, looking at her with great interest.

"Including... doing whatever I tell you to do?"

Lina's face turned pale and then flushed; she naturally understood the implication in Wu Liang's words.

But seeing the despair and fear in her companions' eyes, she finally nodded with difficulty.

"Yes... as long as you release them, I... I am at your disposal."

Saying those words seemed to drain all the strength from her body.

"Hahaha..."

Hearing this, Wu Liang burst into laughter.

"legion commander Lina, haven't you misunderstood something? Right now, all of you are my captives. Do I need to negotiate terms with you for what I want?"

He pinched Lina's chin, forcing her to lift her head and meet his gaze.

"You, and them—not a single one will escape."

"I will take you back to my castle and then send someone to notify your Elf Queen. I'm curious to see what price she's willing to pay to ransom you."

"You... you're shameless!"

Tears welled up in Lina's eyes, a mixture of humiliation and despair.

"Take them away!"

Wu Liang didn't bother wasting any more words on her; he hoisted her onto his shoulder and strode out of the jungle... Black Rock Tribe, the dungeon beneath the main castle.

This place was different from the traditional dark and damp dungeons; under Wu Liang's design, it resembled a heavily guarded research institute.

The walls and floors were paved with smooth stone slabs, it was well-ventilated, and at regular intervals, Magic Crystals were embedded to provide light.

Lina Starseeker was held alone in a special cell.

This cell was very spacious, even equipped with a soft bed and clean furniture, making it look like an ordinary bedroom.

However, the surrounding walls, including the ceiling and floor, were made of a special alloy mixed with Mithril and were covered in dense Magic-sealing Runes.

Never mind that her mana was currently sealed; even at her peak, she wouldn't dream of escaping from here.

"Creak—"

The cell door was pushed open, and Wu Liang walked in carrying a tray.

On the tray were golden-brown baked wheat buns, a bowl of steaming meat soup, and a glass of bright red fruit wine.

Lina was sitting on the edge of the bed; hearing the sound, she only gave him a cold glance before turning her head away without a word.

Two days had passed since she was captured.

In these two days, she hadn't touched a drop of water, attempting to use a hunger strike to express her protest.

"What, still angry with me?"

Wu Liang placed the tray on the table and said with a smile.

"I suggest you eat something. If you starve to death, how am I supposed to negotiate terms with your Queen?"

Lina still ignored him, simply turning her head to the other side, facing him with the back of her head.

Wu Liang wasn't angry either; he pulled out a chair and sat down on his own, picking up a wheat bun, tearing off a small piece, and putting it in his mouth.

"Mmm, today's bread is well-baked—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside."

"And this meat soup is made from freshly slaughtered wild boar hind leg meat, combined with over a dozen types of mushrooms and simmered over a low fire for three hours. Tsk tsk, it smells delicious."

As he ate, he made exaggerated sounds of admiration.

Lina's stomach betrayed her with two "gurgling" sounds.

She had been hungry for two days, and her body was already extremely weak; smelling the aroma of food now, that desire stemming from physical instinct almost crushed her will.

But her elven pride made her bite her lip hard, forcing herself not to look at the food.

Seeing her stubborn look, Wu Liang found it somewhat amusing.

He picked up the bowl of meat soup, walked over to Lina, scooped up a spoonful, and held it to her lips.

"Come on, open up. I know you're hungry; don't make things hard on your own body."

Lina jerked her head to the side, avoiding the spoon.

"Take it away! Even if I starve to death, I won't eat anything given by a demon like you!"

she said stubbornly.

"Is that so? The last person who said that to me is already my woman."

A playful glint flashed in Wu Liang's eyes.

"Hmm, it seems that if I don't get a bit rough with you, you won't listen obediently."

After saying that, he set the soup bowl aside, suddenly reached out, and pinned Lina down on the bed.

"Ah! What are you doing? Let me go!"

Lina screamed in panic, struggling violently.

But under Wu Liang's iron grip, all her resistance was like a mantis trying to stop a chariot.

Wu Liang pinned her hands with one hand and squeezed her chin with the other, forcing her mouth open.

Then, he picked up the meat soup and poured it directly into her mouth.

"Mmph... mmph..."

As the hot meat soup was poured down her throat, Lina choked and coughed violently, her tears streaming out.

She struggled desperately but could not break free from Wu Liang's control.

More than half the bowl of meat soup was quickly forced down.

Wu Liang let go and watched Lina leaning over the edge of the bed coughing violently, her face covered in messy soup stains, with not a hint of pity in his eyes.

"I told you long ago, here, you don't have the right to say no."

He looked down at her, his voice cold.

"Now, tell me, are you going to eat by yourself, or do you want me to continue feeding you?"

Lina looked up, her beautiful purple eyes filled with tears, humiliation, anger, and a deep sense of fear.

This man was an absolute devil.

He wouldn't show any tenderness to a beautiful woman, nor would he be bound by her noble status.

He would only use the most direct and brutal methods to destroy all her pride and resistance.

Looking at Wu Liang's unquestionable gaze, the final line of defense in Lina's heart finally began to crumble.

She knew that if she continued to resist, it would only bring about even more unbearable humiliation.

[Ding! Detected a crack in the target Lina's mental defense; Submission +10%!]

Hearing the system notification, Wu Liang smiled with satisfaction.

This was exactly the effect he wanted.

Dealing with this kind of extremely arrogant woman, reasoning or negotiating terms with her was useless.

The only thing you need to do is use absolute power to completely crush her pride, making her feel fear and helplessness from the bottom of her heart.

Lina was silent for a long time; finally, she tremblingly reached out, picked up the piece of wheat bun on the table, and began to eat it in small bites.

Tears slid silently down her cheeks, dripping onto the bread.

She knew that from the moment she ate that bite of bread, her pride as an elf had been completely shattered.

Watching her look of forced obedience despite her humiliation, Wu Liang's sense of conquest was greatly satisfied.

He didn't say anything more and turned to leave the cell.

He knew that conquering this proud elven legion commander was only a matter of time.

And now, he had another more important matter to deal with.

The messenger sent to the Elven Kingdom was already prepared to depart.

The letter he prepared for the Elf Queen was very simple.

"Your legion commander and soldiers are in my hands. If you want them to live, bring your sincerity and come to Tiee Fortress to see me in person."
