The screaming didn't stop.The wind kept dragging us higher, spinning us so violently that I could barely tell where the ground was anymore. My fingers reached through the air, searching for something,anything at all to hold on to.Through the raging wind, I saw Wei Chen being pulled farther away from us. At some point I had to close my eyes for I could not face the wind anymore.
Moments later,we finally landed. Streaks of lights moved across my face and it became more illuminating by each passing minute. Slowly I opened my eyes and behold Wei Chen was not in sight anymore. I saw Tian Yu dusting off the accumulated dust from his armour. I ran to him panicking ' Where's Wei Chen? I don't see him around! Where is he?!' I screamed as I held pulled hard on the helm of his sleeve.
'Zhen! Get a hold of yourself! Look around you! We are the ones that are lost! This is nothing like where were coming from not where we're headed!' Tian Yu yelled back at me. I suddenly became a little bit calmer. I roamed my eyes around and saw that indeed this is a very strange location the wind brought us to. I checked to confirm if my sword was still with me, I felt it,brought it out and it was unbelievably intact.
I looked at it and it reflected a new kind of beam that was so beautiful but had a creepy tone to it. I followed the reflection to the sky which had a purple and white hue to it. The air was as still as the wind had been noisy. My gaze fell back on the sword. I expected it to speak now when I needed it most but it just stared back at me just like the steel it was. My eyes were still fixed on the sword when I suddenly heard footsteps approaching. I ran to Tian Yu and grabbed his arm for protection. Tian Yu already took a battle stance. The more we waited,the louder the footsteps were,the more terrified I grew.
I kept squeezing Tian Yu's arm as the figure got closer. Finally ,the shape became clear, it was, a Centaur. She was alone and showed no intention to engage us in a fight. 'That was indeed a tough ride! I see why you are both rumpled. Don't stay aloof,come closer Zhen. Tian Yu bring her to me'. I looked at Tian Yu, trying to find out if my thoughts were the same as his. 'Who are you?' we both echoed. ' Why,do you not recognise me? You've seen me in your visions'. She paused a little and then said 'I am Tian Ma Zu'. We both looked at each other and asked in unison 'How?'.
'I had met a Centaur earlier,who looks exactly like you. She claims she is the one I've been seeing in my visions, but I'm certain you are different from her. Can you explain?'. The Centaur's bright face turned pale and she said ' Sadly,that's one of the thorns in my flesh. Tian Xi is my sister. She loves to impersonate mess she has been exiled from our clan due to her use of black magic in our world'. 'So,she is not the one in my vision. She didn't rescue me' I said adding up the truths. 'No she was not and no, she didn't rescue you. I did'. The Centaur said. I had to problem believing Tian Ma Zu. It felt like something in me confirmed her truth. At that moment the Sword started to hiss again.
Tian Yu quickly grabbed me and pulled me up. My exhaustion had made me fall on the ground at the thought of another battle and journeying through these woods. Before Tian Yu could notify the Centaur of the impending danger she said to us, 'Danger is approaching and it is accompanied by enemies who were once counted as allies'. Seeing that the Centaur knew what the Sword warned of, Tian you asked 'So what do we do now?.
'We must run now to live to fight another day. Beyond the battle,what you would behold if we stay to fight will break you more than any sword could'. Tian Ma Zu said. We glanced at each other,not knowing what she meant. We both agreed to trust her for the time being. So we followed the Centaur through a long narrow path headed towards the portal out of the realm of the Centaurs where we were.
We got to a point that looked like there was no way ahead. The Centaur paused, reached for a pouch beside her and brought out a Dune. I was surprised at this. I thought it belonged to human alone to signify the connection of the leaders to their land. How come she has one. She continued her ritual, she lifted up the Dune, said a few words in a language I couldn't understand and a portal of blue and green colour palette opened up. She prompted us to go in and we did just that.
We got to the other side, and it looked nothing like the Sea,a a I knew it. The Sea where I had met Wei Chen and where my first set of abilities were unlocked. 'Where is this?' I asked. 'Welcome to the Second Sea' Tian Yu said. I quickly remembered that he is not from Wei Chen's realm,so he should know about certain mysteries. 'Why have you brought us here?' I asked the Centaur. 'It is high time we put up an army for you to lead!
'An Army?' I quizzed. 'Yes,indeed. The war that is coming is not for two persons. More so,you need to continue your training' the Centaur said. 'I can't continymy training without Wei Chen' I said with pain tightening in my heart. 'He is here already' Tian Yu said. 'Wait, What! When did he get here? How do you know he is here? My questions were unending. I kept looking around as I asked. Suddenly I froze! There he was, without a doubt. My dear Wei Chen in flesh!.
