The silence didn't last, it never does. Because Aron looked at Alexander, Alexander looked at Aron, and they both looked at Adam at the same time. At exact moment, I knew that we are going to have a reveal of something important.
"Oh no."Aiden immediately sighed.
"I never seen Adam scared."I muttered.
"I think your 'mate' is terrified of whatever secret he is hiding."Aiden teased lightly.
"Don't." Adam said instantly.
"No one said anything yet." Leo pointed out.
"I know what's coming." Adam said.
Aron smiled, not kindly.
"Students." He said casually. "Since we are already dealing with unusual circumstances-"
"That's one way to say disaster." Ben muttered. "-we might as well clarify something."
"Please don't." Adam closed his eyes.
"Adam is not just a top ranked student."Alexander ignored him completely.
I could see Adam go paler and get closer to me for the first time ever for his own protection.
