The Importance of CM (MainBody/Lehatot) and Why It Is a Natural Counterpart of the WEL
The emergence of such a Causal Membrane is not just possible in a hypothetical physics framework—it is actually mathematically probable to preserve the universe's stability. In physics, systems that violate core laws often trigger "corrective" forces or constraints to prevent a total collapse into entropy.
Such a 'corrective' force is the existence of Lehatot (CM/MainBody). Inside the shared reality where the WEL exists, there only needs to be one timeline in which Lehatot exists; after that, it is a domino effect of it spreading and fusing with similar but incomplete systems and eventually becoming the balancing force of the Shared Reality against the WEL.
It's like an operating system that allows the WEL to run properly, like how specific apps work on specific systems. The WEL can only work in universes that have Lehatot or similar counterbalances.
Which is counterintuitive, since the WEL demands Will to work, but the WEL actively destroys the opportunity of Will to form.
More on the WEL, using our world as an example.
Take one person having access to such a framework in our world. If such a person is to cast a single spell, it will create a localized distortion. If those distortions were to become too great, it would 'tear' the local fabric of reality.
To survive, the universe would develop a self-organized criticality. This acts like a cosmic "circuit breaker" that only allows conversion for matter with high potential energy (like fat) because those "loose" structures offer the path of least resistance.
Every time someone uses the WEL, they essentially "delete" information from the universe's database (by skipping the physical steps). The universe must then "recalculate" the surrounding area to keep logic consistent.
This "recalculation" creates friction. The further away an effect is from the user, the more data the universe has to process, leading to the increasing cost/inefficiency previously described. It is the universe's way of "taxing" law-breaking to keep its processing load manageable.
The CM or similar would arise as the Universe's Immune System. The reason why Lehatot spread and became dominant is because it has a will and desire to spread.
As for how this desire came to be, it is still brought into question due to its innate nature. Some believe that it is because of avatars and how it makes people that are under its influence think of 'I am Lehatot' rather than 'I am Myself' thus becoming avatars, and that in its formation one such avatar drove it to become what it is today.
Of course, this is just one of many theories; some believe that it is an ascended being while others believe that it is god, and that god cannot be explained.
This also ties poetically with AHIH Lehatot, the avatar of Lehatot in the universe and timelines I am writing about. AHIH, taken from religion, meaning 'I am that I am' or simply 'I am' or 'I will be'.
Meaning that when separate, AHIH is 'I am', but when Lehatot is added after it, it could mean 'I will be Lehatot'. Of course, this is without translating Lehatot as well.
AHIH specifically has a strong sense of identity preservation. Every time its personality slips apart and it starts acting more as a personification of a law, multiple countermeasures from its past, present, and future will be triggered to make it remember itself.
One such countermeasure is the Main Staff of Starsea, which upon contact will make anybody using it a vessel for the identity of AHIH, in which AHIH will wake up after the original owner perishes or moves consciousness. It has the ability to automatically detect that the user acts less like AHIH and more like how a CM would act (without emotions or care for creatures, just making sure causality and stability is maintained) and will automatically arouse memories from the past, causing AHIH to enter a 'Dormancy' in which it will actively remember everything—the embarrassments, the sadness, and even the pain which AHIH chose to give up so as to be able to ascend to a higher race that is Ahih which is another countermeasure with the same effects.
One such example is the war between Troc and Malia. AHIH, under the disguise of Victor, gives the rulers of Troc the ability to start a war, which was a necessary causal point of the world that will trigger something similar to an 'industrial' revolution.
AHIH will then become distracted, remembering pre-transmigration memories, then randomly be hit by Hard and Core Memories (Embarrassments/Injustice it suffered from/A song that has strong emotions tied to it). After this, it will enter isolation for a period of time, then exit it not more human but more understanding and moral, with more hesitation.
Making such avatars is less efficient than the others. The world itself is more friendly towards life as a whole compared to others, let's say, a hundred years after the True Year Zero when an Avatar will awaken.
Core Memories of AHIH Pre-Transmission specifically include:
While it went as a spectator at a humor show, a participant that had nothing to do with humor just played music and invited youthful spectators to dance, and despite not knowing how to dance in an accepted social manner, AHIH knew how to follow and predict the rhythm instinctively, causing, in the words of one of the people that watched AHIH, "the most tribal dance they saw".
This directly caused a core memory—that of the Identity of AHIH as the Angel of Sound—to form. AHIH's feelings about this are: Sadness, since the participant was probably greatly embarrassed that a spectator stole his show; Humor/Pride for the same reason as before, as well as because it added the much-needed humor to a show that was without it; and Liberation because it danced publicly for itself and not for others.
When walking at a young age through the garden, Young AHIH was talking in an imagined scenario of a cartoon it had just watched when it was spotted by its father. Its father asked young AHIH, "Are you talking to yourself?" This seemingly simple interaction of a young kid with its father caused a core memory to form.
This directly caused a core memory—that of the Identity of AHIH as the avatar of Lehatot—to form. Its feelings towards this are confusion and fear of judgment.
Physical pain and fear memories: the first time being stung by a bee, the time it had a bee enter its nose and causing it to cry and scream, it playing in the dirt and being bitten by an ant causing it to feel itches like never before. All of them are core memories.
The first real childhood friend that it doesn't remember, who had to move away because of a mistake both of them committed that caused their parents trouble with the law.
