Chapter 65 - Future Preparations

AHIH's song changed to fit the theme of the dungeon as well; the instruments were too many to give a direct number, but the feeling it evoked in the listeners could be described.

It was a song that invoked the magical feeling of nostalgia, the type one could hear in old fantasy games.

As for the 'dungeon' itself, it was made of fine cut blocks of limestone. It was light and new, but given time, it would darken.

It was made of large hallways. In some spots, the walls would have an opening at the bottom that one could fit in if one crouched down; they were long enough to lay inside of.

The height and width of the hallways were 3 meters, and some smaller hallways had completely different architecture, some made of stone bricks, some even had wood beams that had a protective membrane against decay.

Stepping out of the hole AHIH was in, left by replacing the block of limestone, it looked around and found a plaque held by a limestone stele in front, and at the back was a wall of different architecture, made of clay bricks.

Moving towards the wall itself, AHIH inspected it.

Just as I requested. This should last three hundred years specifically, but I'd better make sure.

AHIH moved its hand and pressed on the wall. At that moment, AHIH's perception was taken from that moment and observed the entire lifespan of the brick wall, from when it was built by a woman using a divine artifact made by Salvation to its collapse in 310 years, revealing the 'dungeon'.

This was the innate ability of the artificial race of Ahih. While mainly focusing on the World Changing song ability, which allowed perfect perception down to the subatomic level if focused, the other ability, as AHIH was a biologically time-sensitive person, was Cause and Effect, expanding on the perfect third-dimension perception of the Ahih race, allowing one to see the time of the observed object: past, present, and future.

Ten years too late. My younger self will need access to the body parts and artifacts...

AHIH pressed the wall, and a few bricks decayed significantly. Now the wall's lifespan was shortened by ten years!

After checking again with Cause and Effect, AHIH looked around, then walked towards the plaque.

The wall will collapse a while before TIME will arrive at the academy, and due to a student almost dying—which was TIME moving timelines instinctively due to lack of mana, allowing young me to awaken in a 'dead' body and complete my transmigration—the academy will use this to distract the masses and the nobility which took interest in the matter since TIME was still of noble blood, thus allowing exploration.

This chain of events works for me by allowing me immediate access to body parts as payment for the hounds in the underpasses Future TIME made in the north forest of the academy in the past with me, which will allow me to trade my pain away with the shopkeeper and direct and fast transportation to AHIH project island and finally ascend to an Angelic race, allowing me to not be dependent on the Staff of Starsea and cause too much instability.

The only problem is that there are no demons here for my young me to kill in the future yet, and the places I need to place my artifacts need to be made by me and place the constraints of only someone with the appearance of Salvation or Time, or an elf, or someone that identifies as Lehatot can detect them and enter the rooms to take the artifacts...

The artifacts also infect them with my dormant identity, just in case I don't awaken in Salvation's body...

Hah... Is this what they said about the older generation working hard for the younger one? But the younger one is myself!

Heh... Lampooning is certainly a good way to maintain humanity... I think I still have those old books somewhere.

AHIH looked at the plaque and wrote.

One is my message to my young self that I set things up.

Salvation's body did 'die' quite a bit.

The elves will follow my orders to send that girl over.

I wonder what title should I give myself? Angel of Sound? Greatest Spirit? I want it to sound biblical if possible...

'When the moons shall overlap.'

'When the one that 'died' twice shall walk the lands.'

'When the old hermits of the forest shall open up.'

'The Singer of God shall be awoken.'

AHIH, in its synthetic melodious voice, spoke.

"Yeah, this works." —AHIH
