Chapter 108 - Chapter 105: The Shadow Fleet - Siege of the Silver Nebula

The golden residue on Fang Yuan's palm had barely faded when the vacuum of the Silver Nebula began to scream. It wasn't a sound, but a psychic vibration—the arrival of thousands of warp-drives tearing through the fabric of space simultaneously.

"The Abyssal Shadow Fleet," Fang Yuan whispered, his 2nd Star: Pulsar heart beating in a rhythmic, violent thrum.

From the dark borders of the nebula, massive obsidian dreadnoughts emerged, their hulls leaking a corrosive, crimson mana. These weren't just ships; they were living biomechanical entities, each commanded by a Rank 2: High Inquisitor. Leading them was a vessel that dwarfed the moon: The Void-Eater, a Rank 3 flagship capable of consuming entire solar systems.

"Fang Yuan!" The voice of the Abyssal Overlord resonated through the fleet's collective consciousness. "You touched the Forbidden Gold. You have forfeited your right to a quick death. I will peel the Pulsar-shell from your soul and use it as a lantern for my throne!"

Fang Yuan stood on the surface of the shattered moon, his dark matter suit rippling. Beside him, Lia trembled, but her eyes remained fixed on her Master.

"Master... there are too many. Even with your new power..."

"Numbers are a concept for those who obey the laws of physics, Lia," Fang Yuan replied, his indigo eyes turning into cold, singular points of violet light.

He didn't retreat. Instead, he plunged his hands into the core of the moon, connecting his Pulsar Frequency to the remaining magnetic field of the dead Forge-Star.

"PULSAR ART: GRAVITATIONAL DISRUPTION!"

Using his 2nd Star power, Fang Yuan didn't fire a beam; he turned the entire moon into a Gravity Bomb. The lunar crust shattered as he inverted its mass, creating a localized event horizon.

As the first wave of Shadow-fighters closed in, they were suddenly snatched by an irresistible force. Ships were crushed into metallic spheres, their Inquisitors screaming as their Rank 2 bodies were reduced to sub-atomic dust.

"I am no longer the Weaver you chased in the mines," Fang Yuan's voice echoed across the radio bands of every ship in the fleet. "I am the Pulsar that marks the end of your era. Come... let me see if your shadows can survive the radiation of a dying moon."
