A/N: it's the third day of the internship lol, double checked the manga
I was standing atop a building in Hosu before thinking about where the hero Manual might've came from.
'Probably around there…'
I had no idea where he had come from.
'Well shit.'
I ran around from rooftop to rooftop and used my ears to try and find Iida.
And then once I had realised the full extent of my situation I got a notification on my phone.
It was Midoriya and he had sent not an image but a location.
'???'
…
'Wait that's like a minute walk from here… AH SHIT I FORGOT!! HE'S THE MC, OF COURSE HE FOUND IIDA!!'
I immediately started to head for the location.
As it turns out I had been headed in the wrong direction.
—random ahh alley—
'I don't see them?'
I checked my phone.
'Oops, wrong alley.'
I then arrived at the place and what on earth could have possibly happened.
Iida was literally bleeding out, there was some random hero that was also bleeding out and then there was Midoriya who was lying on the ground not moving.
'Never mind, Todoroki is here.'
I suddenly ate my words as Todoroki took two blades to his left arm.
I was about to jump in until I saw Midoriya intercept Stain and drag him across a building.
'How's he so fast? Has his quirk weakened… no, can't be, he must've been using more power than he can handle. So then, did he only just realise he can use a smaller amount to not break himself?'
I decided to let the events play out, after all, no one should die here.
'Oh wait that other Hero isn't part of the main cast, he might actually die.'
I made him slip right next to me, just overlooking the fight below and pressed a finger to my lips.
Todoroki and Midoriya then began to jujutsu jump Stain with Todoroki attacking from afar while Midoriya kept him busy.
At some point Midoriya let Stain to slip past him and attack Todoroki.
And just then, when all hope seemed lost. Iida stood up.
I was jumping up and down with joy.
'HAHAH! FLASHBACK MOMENT!! THIS IS SURREAL TO SEE HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE!!'
Iida then used his 'recipro bust' and delivered a spinning kick to Stain, destroying his blades.
I turned to look at the hero and then remembered that I had to give him some first aid.
Oops.
Once I had finished giving him first aid I remembered that my classmates were fighting a literal killer, I looked back to see Stain slumped over a jagged block of ice.
'Did I miss the best part?'
I had.
I slipped down, bringing the hero with me and helped tie up stain.
After I was done I wiped the proverbial sweat off my head and sighed.
"All in a days work huh boys?"
Iida and Midoriya hadn't noticed me somehow, maybe it didn't register or something.
"HUH?!" They exclaimed.
The pro hero nearly slipped since he was carrying Midoriya on his back.
We walked out the alley with a tied up Stain and Midoriya asked how long I had been there for.
"Hmm…" I scratched my chin. "Probably like… the whole time?"
I pointed my hand at his face like a finger gun.
Then he looked up and suddenly shouted.
"GRAN TORINO?!"
I hadn't turned around but I saw a flying foot come out of nowhere.
Since my hand was already aimed at Midoriya's face I made it a portal and the old man slipped out just to the side of me.
I realised that Midoriya knew him after repeating his name again and concentrated on something else.
I could hear multiple footsteps nearing, it was some heroes that Endeavour had sent as backup.
After Iida started to apologise to his friends, I heard something.
'Wings?'
I turned around and saw a flying Nomu.
'Eh?'
Gran Torino shouted. "GET DOWN!"
But Midoriya was abducted anyways.
More importantly I heard ropes snapping.
I turned to see Stain lunging, he licked the blood that had scattered onto a heroes cheek and leaped again with superhuman speed.
'So it is possible?'
Stain took down the Nomu.
'Why didn't I take away his weapons?'
Then Endavour appeared and Stain started exuding a fearful aura.
'The hell?'
I felt it but still managed to stand, I was on high alert since he was so close to Midoriya right now.
Stain started to walk towards the group, away from Midoriya before stopping.
'THIS GUYS COOL! HAHA! HE FELL ASLEEP WHILE STANDING!!!'
I watched in wonder.
Before slipping away as I heard the police nearing.
'Nope! Totally no unauthorised quirk usage here!'
I knew exactly what would happen if I was found without my guardian.
The week eventually ended with literally nothing happening.
'Well that was boring.'
Hero work was tiring, mentally not physically.
After we returned to school I noticed Bakugo walking in with a normal haircut.
'Dear God what happened to him?!'
I put my ear pieces in before entering because I knew exactly how loud the class was going to be.
—Field Gamma—
Everyone was suited up and waiting with All Might in front of field gamma.
We were doing a 'rescue-training race'.
The exercise was to safely pass though a city that was very cluttered and do as little damage to it as possible.
The point we had to get to was a distress signal that we would receive after walking in.
Group one was Midoriya, Ojiro, Iida, Ashido and Sero.
The rescue started with Midoriya pulling ahead using moves exactly like Bakugo does.
'Haaa, this is not gonna end well.'
I could practically hear Bakugo's teeth grinding.
It ended with Sero first, Ojiro second, Iida third, Ashido fourth and Midoriya fifth.
Yeah Midoriya had slipped and fallen which made him come in last place.
Once it came to my turn I came in first.
I estimated where the end point was after receiving the location and threw a portal into the general direction then slipped into it.
I was directly above where I needed to be.
Let's just say I won.
—Boy's changing rooms—
I was getting changed with the others for once when I heard Mineta talking about spying on the girls.
I immediately threw a portal at Minta's neck and knocked him out instantly.
I then pulled out a cork and placed it into the hole then spread glue around it to seal it fully.
Midoriya looked at me. "Uhh, Kurusu? Where are you getting that from."
I looked back and forth. "A magician never reveals his secrets?"
…
I ran out the room.
