The dungeon was a place at the school that had just as many rumors behind it as mysteries, which was to say… it had a lot of them.
Erin had heard a few of these herself, pretty much everyone at the school did, and none of them were pleasant. The rumors ranged from torture, losing your ability, life imprisonment, unethical science experiments and more. Any student who had somehow left the dungeon came back changed, no longer their usual selves.
So to hear that she was potentially in this dreadful place was beyond what she had expected. With so many rumors regarding the dungeon, it left Erin with the horror of not knowing which one was going to happen to her.
"Do you know how long I'm going to be here?" Erin carefully asked the hooded man.
He sighed, "I don't know. I'm just here to do my job."
Erin took a step back, determined. To test something, she decided to ask him a question.
"Don't you care that I might be framed?"
"Again," The man emphasized, "I'm just doing my job."
