Chapter 33 - Chapter 33 – One Against Seven

Instant kill!

Without a doubt, an instant kill.

Shui Bing'er's performance sent a shock through the teams that hadn't yet seen her fight. Her opponent, though not from a Spirit Hall, was still no weakling. Yet against Shui Bing'er, they were defeated without even a chance to retaliate. Just how strong was Shui Bing'er?

Her subsequent performance quickly answered that question. Every battle, Shui Bing'er effortlessly froze her opponents and knocked them off the stage. Even the two Spirit Hall students from Häagen-Dazs Academy required only a little extra effort before she claimed victory.

"Whoa~ Shui Bing'er is so strong."

In the Shrek region, Oscar watched Shui Bing'er dominate the battlefield, sucking in a breath. Although as a Food-type Spirit Master he wasn't participating in this battle, he could imagine the pressure now facing Häagen-Dazs Kingdom.

At this moment, Xiao Wu turned to Ma Hongjun. "Ma Hongjun, your Martial Soul is also a Phoenix, but compared to Shui Bing'er, you seem so much weaker."

Before Ma Hongjun could reply, Dai Mubai sneered, "That guy spends all day at the brothel. How could he compare to Shui Bing'er? Last time he even dared to boast—completely reckless."

Hearing this, Ma Hongjun flushed and defended himself. "That's because my Martial Soul had a flaw before, that's why…"

"Blaming your Martial Soul? You haven't changed one bit."

Ning Rongrong scoffed, and Zhu Zhuqing and Xiao Wu nodded, their eyes full of disdain for Ma Hongjun. Everyone at Shrek Academy knew exactly where he went in the middle of the night.

Just then, Häagen-Dazs Academy's last student was defeated by Shui Bing'er, and the referee's voice rang out: "All seven students of Häagen-Dazs Academy are defeated. The victor is Tianshui Academy!"

The teachers of Häagen-Dazs Academy covered their faces in disbelief. Their academy had become the first to be "one against seven"—what a humiliation.

Meanwhile, Shui Bing'er returned to Tianshui Academy's area and said to Shui Wuhen, "Heehee! Brother, how was my performance?"

Having achieved the feat of defeating seven opponents solo, who else on the scene could do the same?

"Not bad." Shui Wuhen smiled in response.

Among the competing academies present, Shui Bing'er's level was the highest after him and Feng Xiaotian. Level not only brings greater combat power, but also stronger spirit energy.

This was why Chihuo Academy needed both Huo Wushuang and Huo Wu to defeat a single Spirit Hall team from Fabia Academy—the main reason being that Huo Wushuang's spirit energy wasn't sufficient. Shui Bing'er had no such concern. At level 46, her spirit energy far exceeded Huo Wushuang's. Coupled with her powerful control and low combat consumption, she had a significant advantage in one-on-one battles.

In the Kamikaze Academy region, Feng Xiaotian stroked his chin and smiled as he watched Shui Bing'er's performance. "Interesting. Director, let me enter the battlefield today."

"You're going to fight?" Feng Qingcang was slightly surprised. "Xiaotian, didn't you say you weren't planning to fight today?"

"Nothing much, just want to experience what it's like to go one against seven."

At that moment, the referee called Kamikaze Academy, and Feng Xiaotian stood and walked toward the stage. The crowd's eyes immediately focused on him.

As one of the two Spirit Kings clearly favored in this qualifier, Feng Xiaotian had long been a key focus for all academies. Every student present recognized him.

Seeing this, Tang San's expression turned serious. In his expectation, Feng Xiaotian was a necessary opponent to defeat, and until now, he had rarely fought. This wheel-style battle might reveal part of Feng Xiaotian's true strength.

"Gulp~"

Opposite the stage, Feng Xiaotian's opponent swallowed nervously. Was this real? A Spirit Master facing a Spirit King?

Feng Xiaotian, arms crossed, said, "I'll stand still and let you hit me three times. Go ahead."

The opponent's eyes lit up and he immediately activated his Martial Soul, becoming a shadow as he charged.

Yet Feng Xiaotian remained unmoved, arms still crossed, showing no intention to dodge.

At the next moment, the opponent reached Feng Xiaotian, his third Spirit Ring instantly activating. His right hand, wrapped in a black membrane, swung with all his strength at Feng Xiaotian's stomach.

Thinking Feng Xiaotian would pay for his audacity, the opponent's expression suddenly changed. His punch landed, yet Feng Xiaotian didn't budge, not even a flinch—as if the attack had been nullified.

Disbelieving, he struck again and again, but to no effect. Cold sweat ran down his forehead.

Feng Xiaotian's disdainful voice rang out: "Using such Spirit Skills? How embarrassing."

He casually threw a punch, seemingly effortless. Yet when it hit, his opponent flew dozens of meters backward, landing off the stage.

The crowd gasped in disbelief.

"How is this possible?"

Tang San's pupils constricted, his mind in turmoil. Feng Xiaotian hadn't even used a Spirit Skill, yet a single punch defeated a high-level Spirit Master, so effortlessly. Could Spirit Kings really be this strong?

Only Shui Wuhen raised an eyebrow, a hint of surprise in his eyes. "Interesting… Feng Xiaotian's growth over the years far exceeds my expectations."

Originally, Shui Wuhen thought Feng Xiaotian's power capped at Spirit King level, but now it seemed he had surpassed that threshold.

Beside him, Shui Bing'er also watched Feng Xiaotian seriously. He was too powerful. Though 24 years old, it was still shocking.

On the stage, after sending his opponent flying, Feng Xiaotian looked toward the next academy and calmly said, "Next!"
