after deciding as he wanted to activate not caring that it can't be deactivated and not like he can leave a system fragment as useless so why not use it before .then after which he was looking forward to activate it "it can also be used to upgrade whatever i am learning so i wonder if i can upgrade my evolution any further with it and not waste any more time?"
