"You've finally reached level thirty. Did you bring the things?"
The Jade Rabbit sat on a nearby branch and spoke to Lucien, who was beside her.
Lucien looked at the Jade Rabbit with a blank expression and asked, "What things?"
The Jade Rabbit said, "carrots, of course. Eating osmanthus mooncake every single day, I'm about to turn into a mooncake myself."
Lucien suddenly realized, so that was it!
"I brought them, I brought them!"
As he spoke, he took out the hundred jin of carrots he had specifically bought from his backpack.
He thought to himself, "Thank goodness I bought carrots at the last minute."
When the Jade Rabbit saw the carrots Lucien brought out, her eyes lit up at first, but then she looked at him as if he were an idiot.
"Besides carrots, is there nothing else?"
"Huh? Didn't you like the ones without the fishy..."
Before Lucien could finish his sentence, his mouth was covered by the Jade Rabbit's hand.
