"How about we take the train." I wanted to avoid being alone with him.
My thoughts and feelings were fighting and my feelings were winning.
The thing about Taeyung is that he never outright calls anything a date. Or asks about anything. It's an instant order.
He texts you at two in the afternoon on a Saturday with something like wear comfortable shoes or don't blame me for it.

He is standing under a tree and you go from trying to end whatever this is too going on a not date.
Somehow, by six o'clock, you're standing beside him on the train platform at Seoul National University Station while the evening crowd funnels past you smelling of street food. I was so surprised he actually said yes to my train suggestion. Someone like him on a dirty platform. It was funny and also endearing.
I could tell he was trying. Trying to find a bridge to cross the gap between our different social classes.
