Nick Fury shook his head and flipped to the second page of the report.

After reading the report submitted by Natasha, Nick Fury furrowed his brow deeply.

"How come I've never heard of a magic school in London?"

Out of trust in Natasha, Nick Fury planned to send someone to London later to look for this magic school.

As for now, he still had a lot of troublesome matters to handle. Reading the personal profiles of these two sorcerers was enough for the moment; it wouldn't be much help in finding their whereabouts anyway.

You have to understand, New York still had millions of refugees that needed to be resettled.

The city's reconstruction projects required planning, and Coulson's body had to be secretly transported for Project T.A.H.I.T.I.

He even had to figure out a way to demand funding from the Security Council for Phase Two of Project Insight, and so on.

Each of these tasks was more thorny than the last.

"What a damn messed-up world, motherfucker!"

After cursing casually to vent his frustration, Nick Fury, his face gloomy, left the conference room to return to the Director's office to deal with the mountainous pile of complex affairs.

12:30 PM.

The scorching summer sun shone down on the expansive lawns of the private estate on the outskirts of Binghamton.

This was a two-hundred-acre private estate, featuring open-air courtyard lawns, floral gardens, a small artificial lake, and fountain pools among its landscapes.

The main residence was a classic five-story European-style villa. Its white marble exterior walls sparkled in the sunlight, and finely carved Roman stone pillars supported the spacious portico.

At this moment, on the balcony of the master bedroom on the second floor of the villa, a sunshade capable of blocking wind and rain was extended outward.

In this kind of weather, no one wanted to wear wizard robes with terrible ventilation.

So Harvey was wearing a white T-shirt and floral beach shorts, wearing sunglasses, and leisurely sunbathing on a retro-style mahogany rocking chair.

"Darling, Miss Granger seems to have woken up?"

Hearing Wanda's voice from behind.

Harvey lazily stretched his back, took off his sunglasses, stood up, and walked into the bedroom.

Hermione, waking up from her coma, pulled back the covers. Realizing she was wearing a thin silk nightgown, she hastily rolled over to sit on the edge of the bed, her eyes staring warily at Harvey.

"Where is this?"

Harvey casually pointed outside the balcony.

"The Sleeping Charm shouldn't have amnesia as a side effect, right?"

"Didn't I bring you here for a tour before?"

"When I bought this estate half a year ago, you even gave some suggestions on the interior decoration. Do you remember now?"

After being reminded, Hermione finally remembered, but that wasn't the point.

"Did you release that innocent Muggle from the laboratory?"

Harvey said, a bit displeased, "Miss Know-It-All, you should really take care of yourself first!"

"Preferring to overdraft your magic to keep fighting—if I hadn't given you a precious Invigoration Draught to drink, it would be a miracle if you could even stay conscious right now."

Hearing this, Hermione furrowed her delicate brows and carefully sensed the magic within her body.

Only then did she realize that her magic, which had run completely dry yesterday, was now fully restored.

You have to know, wizards using the mystic arts of Kamar-Taj consume a massive amount of energy, not to mention Hermione's total magic reserves were far inferior to Harvey's.

Yesterday, after consecutively casting the Mirror Dimension and the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, her magic was completely exhausted.

And the consequences of overdrawing one's magic are extremely severe. In mild cases, one becomes a Muggle for a short period; in severe cases, one's maximum magic capacity is permanently reduced.

Therefore, regarding Harvey's help, no matter how reluctant she felt, she had to politely say thank you.

"Thank you for your potion. I will brew a bottle of Invigoration Draught to repay your kindness."

After saying her thanks, Hermione caught sight of a beautiful girl wearing the exact same style of nightgown in the corner of the bedroom from the corner of her eye.

An indescribable feeling of discomfort immediately filled her heart.

"Is this your new girlfriend?"

Hearing herself mentioned, Wanda looked a bit nervous, her idle little hands wrinkling the edges of her nightgown.

Harvey, however, shook his head and generously introduced the two of them to each other:

"Her name is Wanda Maximoff, from Sokovia in Eastern Europe. She has longed for magic for a long time, and now she is officially my student."

"This is Hermione Granger, who comes from the same magic school as me. She is a famous top student at our school."

"Wanda, as long as you politely ask her for guidance on magic, I believe Hermione definitely won't refuse a good student who is eager to learn."

Harvey's suggestion made Wanda eager to try, and she tentatively greeted her politely:

"Miss Granger, it's very nice to meet you. Can I really ask you for guidance on magic?"

Harvey defining his relationship with Wanda as teacher and student was such a clumsy lie that it made Hermione feel even more uncomfortable.

With an expressionless face, she feigned calmness and said, "My magical talent is too poor. I am not qualified to be a magic professor. It's better to let Harvey teach you!"

"Oh, okay then..."

Seeing that Hermione clearly meant to keep people at arm's length, Wanda lowered her head in embarrassment, trying her best to minimize her presence.

Harvey felt the atmosphere in the bedroom was too oppressive and spoke up, "It's lunchtime. Wanda has already prepared lunch, let's go down to the dining room on the first floor and chat slowly."

Hermione originally wanted to refuse, but her stomach betrayed her with a loud "growl."

Hearing the sound of her stomach growling from hunger being heard by both of them, a blush of embarrassment instantly appeared on Hermione's cheeks.

She silently stood up and walked into the bedroom's walk-in closet.

Ten minutes later.

In the dining room on the first floor of the villa.

The atmosphere at the dining table was equally oppressive.

Wanda didn't dare to speak, keeping her head down and focusing solely on eating.

Hermione was still sulking, similarly saying nothing, silently pushing the food around on the plate in front of her with her knife and fork.

And Harvey couldn't find a suitable opportunity to break the ice for the moment, so he had no choice but to follow suit and eat in silence.

He was feeling a bit regretful right now.

He must have really lost his mind. Why did he absolutely have to bring these two girls together?
