After the fight, Valtherions body healed.
"You managed to scratch me. You are good."
"…hmm… you're still holding on?"

"Regeneration?" Ji-Han mutters.
Ji-Han struggled to rise, but every movement was so painful. Though his eyes was still burning.
"Oh I see, there's still life in your eyes." Valtherion spoke smirking.
"Though your body is damaged, your will is strong. Hmm let see, what makes it strong." He said while looking around.
That moment, Ji-Han knew his friends are in danger. He tried to lift his body, but it couldn't move. Because of the injuries caused by Valtherion and using power above his ability.
"Haaaaa. I get it now, they are the one you would sacrifice yourself for?" he spoke to him while he looked at them shivering.
"Tsk tsk weaklings." He spoke while his eyes deepened slightly.
Ji-Han eyes opened widely.
"Weaklings?" He mutters as he clenched his hands towards the grounds.
Valtherion approached other participant. And he looked at him as he approached them, and he grieved.
"I couldn't stop anything again." He lavished.
The other participants knew there was no reinforcement, as it has been hours since the incident. But they had no option to fight, though they knew they wouldn't defeat him.
They arranged themselves in formation, and was ready to fight.
"Amusing isn't?" Valtherion chuckled.
"Weaklings never forget to surprise me. Ahhh" he laughed while covering his left eyes.
Then he activated Mind Manipulation skill.
"It breaks the enemies will to fight, creating illusions to make opponent loses sense of self."
They fell into its manipulation and their senses scattered.
"Hahahahaha weaklings dares to go against me Valtherion, ruler of the 12th ruin abyss." He laughed.
Those who watched these scene outside grieved and knew hope for them inside is lost.
The chairman Min Jae-woo fell to his knees.
"Ahhhh it's now hopeless." he mutters as he grieved.
While other higher up keeps punching the wall as they lavished, as if they would revenge immediately when the barrier opens.
Ji-Han watching the whole situation bleeding. Grieved again because he wouldn't be saving anyone.
"Ahh, still weak and I was arrogant thinking I am strong enough." He mutters as tears were flowing down to his chin.
"I couldn't do anything then and now I can't still do something." He continues.
"As excepted I was useless after all."
"No oo I don't want to give up, but." He became frustrated.
"Why!!! Why was I chosen if I would end up this way?" he screamed.
Valtherion burst into laughter, as he heard his voice and was coming closer to him.
"A mere human thinks he's strong. Well that was the case, but you met me."
He grapped Ji-Han by the neck.
"…weaklings."
"For your sins I place Judgement on you."
"But you won't die on time, I will punish you little by little, so you will remember to never go head on against me."
"That's if you survive." He laughed out loudly.
He drew Ji-Han hands and pulled it out.
Ji-Han screamed out.
"Kekekeke, yes that's it, scream, kekekeke." Valtherion laughed loudly and was enjoying the moment.
Those watching the scene couldn't bear watch it. Some wept, some grieved. Mana was rising in the masters which could shoke those around them. And barrier was immediately formed to prevent them from dying from the pressure released.
Silence fell everywhere and anger grew amongst the higher up. Min Jae-woo went to the dungeon entry post and unleashed his energy to break the barrier but it didn't borge.
Valtherion threw Ji-Han to the ground almost lifeless. And went to where he was being watched.
"Lowly weaklings, I know am being watched." He spoke.
"Does killing those you sent amuse you? Or does it angers you?"
"Hee… hehe. Ahahahaha. Lowly creature will never will against us from the ruin abyss."
"Just wait until we descend on your planet. We will destroy you and make you our slave. Hahaha." He bursed to laughter.
"What? Descend? War?" There were whispers.
"Are we bound to be doomed?" fear rose among those present.
After hearing those words, Min Jae-woo clenched his fist. And he released his energy to counter the fear of about the war coming.
"Why are we afraid?"
"Since the cataclysm, where we were almost annihilated we survived with our strength." He shouted to raise their moral.
"So if it happens, again we shouldn't fear because we have families, citizen to protect." He spoke with a calm expression.
Their eyes widened. And they cried out. Even though humanity hope grew, because of the declaration of the war which was pronounced. They had the eyes that wouldn't give up.
Ji-Han lying on the ground Lifeless. His pupil were dilated, and had loss much blood. And other participants passed out.
Though their moral rose, but they felt bitterness when those who will be the future ace of the country fell victim to the demon king.
"Huh?" one of the hunters out spoke
"Did he just moved?" he continue.
"Who?" another asked.
"Ji-Han?"
Min Jae-woo who was currently speaking noticed their attention was what on the screen.
He then turned to see and what happened next shocked him, the masters, Guild-Masters, and everyone present.

A deep, unnatural silence fell across the dungeon. The air changed, and mana in every trace within the dungeon was being pulled, and absorbed.

"What's happening?"
The hunters watching outside reacted in disbelief. The instrument went wild.
"…huh? Mana levels are dropping?"
Inside the dungeon, Valtherion's smile faded. For the first time, his expression change and he felt fear.
"Th…this presence."
His eyes narrowed and noticed it was gathering towards Ji-Han. The one who was lying lifeless and covered in blood. Yet mana surged into him endlessly. His body should have collapsed and burst. But instead a barrier was formed.
"No… This is not a barrier, it's a domain?"
A massive sphere of celestial energy surrounded him. Dense, unbreakable and radiating faint starlight. Valtherion stepped forward and raised his hand to destroy whatever was going on with him.
BOOM!!!
His attack struck the barrier. And nothing happened. No crack, and no movement.
His eyes opened widely.
"Im… impossible."
He struck again and again nothing happened still. The barrier remained absolute.
Outside
"…he's… protecting himself?"
One of the Masters whispered.
"…no…" Min Jae-woo said quietly.
His eyes locked onto the screen.
"…he's awakening again."
"What! That's the stage of second awakening? But it seems different" Han mi-ra spoke while in shock.
"Yes it's different from ours. I have never seen this type of awakening before." Min Jae woo spoke.
While others reaction says otherwise, because they thought it was amazing.
