It seems some people still don't understand the selection process.

If Osama or Hitler had been hot women, Marvin would've still stick in them without much thought. They're extreme examples, but they get the point across.
Nobody is more twisted than a him. He doesn't give a fuck about their past or their future as long as they meet his standards of beauty.

Johnny is a known drug-abuser. Amber wouldn't have gotten involved if she didn't feel like she could take advantage of a man in that position.

And that's honestly makes sense addicts attract addicts. It's really not complicated. And no matter what kind of person you are, if you're drunk and fucked up on drugs, you're probably going to be a shit human, and be super shitty to everyone around you.
This whole relationship is just that to me. Two addicts being addicts.
Both of them seem to have mental issues of different sorts (not surprising, common combo with addictions in Hollywood) and unhealed/unmedicated/not workes on mental issues can already make you a shitty partner when sober, let alone high

But let not this little tidbit derail you from the fact that Heard is the worse one in this relationship.
tbh between this and the lawsuit against newspaper, depp clearly isnt innocent either. I can't speak on who was worse becaus I don't think we know everything. but they both were abusive and only one tried to bring other down by suddenly playing a victim...I cant have sympathy for her, even when she is the victim, simply because she tried to play us all and was so bad at this that i lost sympathy for her. johnny wasnt the one that decided to publicly go after her throat and career (first) and if she was open about the reality and admited she was no saint, i would still be able to be on her side but this?! this is how she lost me.

Don't be naive. this court was highly in his favour. amber had evidence that they werent even allowed to submit. if you also see the other court case he had against newspapers, you will see. i am still his fan and dont think he is a monster as a human but he clearly had addiction problems and wasnt innocent either.
We can speculate..some believe amber was just retaliating to his abuse, some say he was triggered by her and that the drug problem was worse because of her, i wont be judging cuz none of us truly knows. but it is clear that they were not a good match for eachother. i can ser why he would be escapinf to drugs if she was stressing him out. he is avoidant person and she seems to have BPD. i understand how she would feel tortured by his actions and BPD can make you agressive. so it seems like they were both just triggering eachother further and further and eventually one or both snapped, especially with drugs in the picture they are both adults and it is responsibility of both to recognise this and stop BEFORE it comes this far yet neither did this.
Cmon he has all this power and money, don't tell me he couldnt get away from her if she was really a monster and he was innnocent. i can tell you from experience that when you suffer with your partner, you will do ANYTHING to get peace and he had means to easily separate. you see how both now prioritize peace? thats because they both felt like they been through hell in that relatiionship. cuz neither of them is completely innocent.
Lastly I am still his fan and I don't like her either. As much as it pains me, but Amber Heard in her prime, was considered one of the hottest looking actress.
