Jisoo waited near the gate.
Checking her phone again.

Kevin arrived.
"Sorry," he said.

Jisoo looked at him.

Kevin paused.

That answer hurt more than she expected.
"Oh," she said softly.
Kevin noticed her tone.

Jisoo forced a smile.
"It's fine."

Not the comfortable one.

Tang Lin stood beside him.
"See?" she whispered.

But his eyes stayed on Jisoo.
