"Are you all right?" A voice like heavenly music spoke. If anyone else heard it, they would feel as if their soul had been washed and purified. However, Ink Flower had no reaction at that moment; she seemed to be in a daze.
"Did she go catatonic?" Asagami Fujino stepped over the corpse that had been cut in two and patted Ink Flower's cheek. It was soft and felt nice; it would have been perfect if not for the bloodstains.
Ink Flower didn't know Asagami Fujino was evaluating her skin, but Fujino's actions snapped her back to her senses. Looking at the familiar Asagami Fujino in front of her, she dazed out again.
Wait! Isn't this my target?!
Ink Flower recognized Asagami Fujino. The Fujino before her was even more beautiful than in the photos. Looking at Asagami Fujino, Ink Flower's gaze was completely captivated. The faint fragrance emanating from Fujino's body had a mesmerizing quality. Ink Flower's face turned slightly red, she felt strange inside, and her heart seemed to be beating a bit fast.
"Are you all right?" This time, the heavenly voice worked. Ink Flower felt extremely comfortable and her whole body relaxed; the previous tension vanished into thin air.
"I'm fine." Looking at Asagami Fujino, Ink Flower became somewhat shy. She found it difficult to meet Fujino's eyes and could only speak with her head slightly lowered.
"That's good then." Asagami Fujino seemed to breathe a sigh of relief and revealed a beautiful smile. Ink Flower only felt her heart beat even faster.
"Let me take care of these people." Asagami Fujino turned her gaze toward the remaining two Fallen Angels. One was the one who had tried to ambush Ink Flower, and the other hadn't moved yet, likely thinking they could handle her easily and had just been watching the battle. Now, both were looking at Asagami Fujino with faces full of terror. They had seen it clearly just now: Asagami Fujino had taken out the strongest among the three of them with just a single blade.
Asagami Fujino looked at the two Fallen Angels with a smile on her face, but there was no mirth in it; instead, it was so cold it made one's heart tremble.
"Die."
She softly uttered those two words. The two Fallen Angels didn't react at first, but they soon found their bodies dissipating, turning into countless tiny specks of dust that drifted away.
"No! No!"
They struggled, trying to stop their bodies from gradually vanishing, but it was all in vain. Amidst their powerless struggle, they turned into a puff of dust in the air and drifted away in less than three seconds.
Behind Asagami Fujino, Ink Flower's mouth hung open, clearly frightened by Fujino's bizarre ability. Just saying a word caused people to turn into dust and vanish—what kind of Seventh Sense was this? And then there was that light from before.
By this time, Ink Flower had recovered from her strange state. Recalling her odd behavior earlier, she felt a bit of fear. What had happened to her just now?
"Is something wrong?" Asagami Fujino turned back. The smile on her face was no longer cold but was like the warm sun, making one feel at ease.
"N-nothing." Looking at Asagami Fujino's smile, Ink Flower's heart, which had just calmed down, started racing again, and her cheeks turned flush.
"By the way, what's your name?"
"Ah?" Ink Flower was a bit surprised that Asagami Fujino didn't know her identity. Looking into Fujino's clear eyes, Ink Flower felt she wasn't lying; perhaps the other party really didn't recognize her.
"My name is Ink Flower."
"Ink Flower, huh." Asagami Fujino took hold of Ink Flower's slightly blood-stained hand and gave a charming smile. "Hello, Ink Flower. My name is Asagami Fujino."
"I like you! Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Eh!"
