"Are you saying you've never even wanted to know what it was like, not once?" Rebecca asked, genuinely curious now, although the question itself made her a little self-conscious. The atmosphere between them shifted, and a flush crept across Cedric's ears despite himself. "You've never really had those kinds of feelings?" she asked more quietly.
"I do," Cedric answered, because it was quite normal for every human being to have them. "It's just that I was too buried in other things to act on them," he said.
He was just a very disciplined man, Rebecca thought to herself, and she wondered if all the knights were like that. It couldn't possibly be so, because there had to be some who enjoyed women's attention, but Cedric simply seemed to be built differently.
Rebecca hesitated before asking her next question, but her curiosity got the better of her. "So... you've never had your body react before?" Rebecca asked quietly, and Cedric's face burned with embarrassment.
