"I…I don't know how to say this, but how are we sure he's still alive?" Lola suddenly asked with a stutter, her face turning red.
Everyone immediately glared at her.
Aleena tilted her head, a creepy smile forming on her face as she brought out a large, fist-sized crystal and showed it to everyone.
Inside the crystal, a small yellow light shimmered brightly.
"That bastard is alive and kicking. He doesn't seem to be in any distress," Aleena said, that crazed expression still plastered across her face.
Everyone sucked in a cold breath, swallowing so hard that the sound of their saliva sliding down their throats could be heard.
Erin also flashed a devilish smile, a single grin curling across her lips.
"Now I'm starting to suspect that bastard broke another woman's heart, so she came looking for revenge. Just what the hell did he do to piss off that person?" Erin muttered, licking the corner of her lips.
Miranda took a few steps backward, cold sweat dripping from her forehead.
