Shen's ultimate was, without a doubt, one of the skills Peter wanted most. With it, he could instantly teleport to the side of any endangered friend or relative, preventing tragedy before it could strike.
Peter had almost decided to snap up "Stand United" immediately.
However, to prevent a situation where he might lack points for even better items further down the list, he decided to play it safe and keep scrolling.
[Item 2: Raphael's Sais Combat Experience]
Source: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Pass. While the twin daggers were iconic, Peter wasn't planning on making them his primary weapons. Besides, the skill level of those four turtles—while impressive—would likely struggle against someone like Madame Gao. It was redundant for him at this stage.
[Item 3: Bloodsmoke Ninjutsu]
Source: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
Tsk. Another ability that might be useful in the early stages of a lower-tier world but was functionally useless for Peter now. If it had been "Puppeteer Ninjutsu," he might have bought it for the fun of it, but "Bloodsmoke" in Marvel? Pass.
[Item 4: Prototype Omnitrix (Blank)]
Source: Ben 10
Effect: The ultimate creation of the Galvan. Allows the user to shapeshift into alien DNA samples stored within. Note: Due to data loss, this is a blank version. The user must collect DNA samples manually.
Price: 4,000 Sacrifice Points
Whoa—a Gold Legendary!
The moment he saw the Omnitrix, Peter's eyes lit up. The potential of this "Little Watch" was infinite! Even though it was blank and didn't come with Ben's classic roster, the device itself was easily worth the 4,000-point price tag.
In the Marvel Universe, powerful aliens were everywhere. Asgardians, Frost Giants, Eternals, Deviants... maybe even Celestials! If he could scan and mimic their DNA while layering his existing combat skills on top, his combat versatility would skyrocket.
And he didn't even need to look far! The Klyntar symbiotes were coming. If he could copy symbiote DNA and upload it to the watch, he could become a symbiote himself.
Using the Horse Talisman's healing power and the symbiote's asexual reproduction, he could theoretically create an entire army of symbiotes—loyal only to him and free from the influence of Knull, the Symbiote God.
"I'd be a fool not to buy this!"
Peter didn't hesitate. He clicked purchase. Instantly, he felt a weight on his left wrist. A sleek, matte-black bracers-like watch appeared, featuring a vibrant emerald-green hourglass dial.
He took a deep breath and looked at the final items. It seemed the Omnitrix had used up most of the luck for this refresh, as items five through seven were more "Bloodsmoke" level filler.
Until he reached the final slot.
[Item 8: Kamen Rider Wizard Driver (Cracked Version)]
Source: Kamen Rider Wizard
Effect: Allows the user to transform into Kamen Rider Wizard. This system-modified version does not require rings or the Drago Timer to access elemental styles or Dragon forms. It will also evolve new forms based on the user's innate abilities.
Price: 10,000 Sacrifice Points
Another Gold Legendary!
While Wizard's power might not be as reality-warping as Ohma Zi-O or Decade, the ability to manipulate Wind, Fire, Water, and Earth—combined with the Dragon and Infinity forms—was staggering.
The synergy with the Omnitrix was terrifying. 1 + 1 was going to equal much more than 2. He could use the Omnitrix to turn into a Frost Giant and then use the Driver to trigger an "Elemental Ice Dragon" form.
Since he already had Electro's powers, the Driver might even unlock a new "Lightning Style"!
"That price tag, though... it actually hurts."
After buying the Omnitrix, Peter had 10,800 points left. Buying the Wizard Driver would leave him with a measly 800. He wouldn't even have enough left for "Stand United."
The price is steep, but the value is unmatched. The Driver + Omnitrix combo multiplies my growth potential exponentially. With this kind of power, earning more points is only a matter of time.
Uncle Ben and Aunt May were currently safe under William's (The Lizard) protection. He could afford to wait a little longer for "Stand United"—perhaps until he harvested the points from the upcoming Hulk and Abomination fight.
"System, buy the Wizard Driver!"
[Current Balance: 800 Sacrifice Points]
A sleek, stylish belt materialized around Peter's waist. Unlike the somewhat toy-like silver belt with the "hand" icon from the show, this modified version looked more like the Ark-One Driver. It was primarily white with crimson accents, and a shifting elemental orb sat at the center.
When Peter flipped the switch on the left and passed his right hand over the orb, the element shifted instantly.
He didn't want to wait. He had to try it now.
