Daniel, Ungar and the others continued to walk towards Lord Zeal's Palace. The
power emanating it was incredible. Sun-Wukong noted that the power that was
coming from outside the palace was a similar energy a power that he had
encountered before. He was right it was the giant beast Crog an ancient magma-demon from the Underworld that Monkey had defeated over 10,000 years
ago this time Crog was stronger and he was ready to fight Sun-Wukong again.
Sun-Wukong told all of his comrades to stand back and Tripitaka knew more than
anyone else how serious Monkey was. The two began to shame each other and put
each other down for what seemed like an eternity. But after a long silence the fight
began and the Monkey King and Crog began their epic battle outside of Lord
Zeal's Fortress. Monkey fought the beast for what seemed like an eternity but
eventually it was clear who had the upper hand eventually Monkey was triumphant
and smashed the monster Crog into a thousand smaller pieces. It seemed as if the
day was one but Crog turned into a new beast more compact and vicious. "Now
Monkey, its my turn." Said Crog. In a flash Monkey was on the ground the great
Monkey King, Sun-Wukong had been defeated. "Let me handle this." Said Ungar.
"Are you mad Warlock. That creature defeated a God." Said Zaiyal. "Zaiyal you've
known me long enough to know how foolish it is to underestimate me." Said Ungar.
Zaiyal looked down in his heart of hearts he knew Ungar was right. "Hey you! If
you want a real fight I'm right here big guy." Said Ungar. "Where is this confidence
coming from I've never seen him act like this before. He's always been kind of a
smart ass but this confidence is something else. Did his time in the Other Realm
really change him this much?" thought Daniel. "So you think you have what it
takes to defeat me? Don't make me laugh.
You're in way over your head Wizard. I can hardly do anything but laugh at your foolishness." Said Crog. "Well they
laughed at Hannibal Barca when he crossed the Alps with his War Elephants but
the Romans weren't laughing once Hannibal's army reached Italy." Said Ungar.
"What's that supposed to mean?" said Crog. "I mean you might be laughing now
but I'll make sure to change that." Said Ungar. "Wow such confidence. I think I'm
going to enjoy breaking your spirit." Said Crog. "Lets cut the chit-chat already I'm
starving for a fight." Said Ungar. "After you." Said Crog. The two leapt into battle.
"So you're the pathetic wizard the thinks he can defeat Crog the Destroyer. Don't
make you laugh you're nothing more than a pathetic maggot!" said Crog. "Is that
so." Said Ungar. "You'll see when Iblis awakens he will be the Prophet sent by
Providence to save all life from Damnation he will bring the Demons into
prominence and we will reign supreme over this world. He is our Prophet and he is
the truth and the light. Know that if by some miracle I fall here you will never
defeat him." Said Crog. "Oh I see. All of the great Prophets; Socrates, Aristotle,
Christ, Muhammad, Confucius; all the others knew nothing apparently. But your
Messiah, your Prophet knows all the answers." Said Ungar. "You shut your mouth
you filthy Infidel or I'll shut it for you. You can't die you don't understand what's it
like to die for a greater cause." Said Crog. "Oh I get it. You're willing to die here if
necessary than live to fight another day." Said Ungar. "If you want love you must
serve, if you want freedom you must die." Said Crog. "I know that quote its Hegel...
Hegel's overrated." Said Ungar.
"Its worth it to build the Utopia my kind deserves." Said Crog. "You're kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in
heaven.' That's the Gospel of Matthew 6:10. I think its fitting for this situation. But
instead of waiting for eternal paradise you attempt to build a Utopia in the here
and now. You're as dilussional as they come." Said Ungar. "That's it I'm done
playing games." You're finished after I hit you with this demonic wave!" said Crog.
Crog hit Ungar with an incredible all-encompassing blast everybody thought Ungar
was done for and the blast lasted for atleast 2 minutes and it seemed to be the size
of a Small Super Nova surely it would banish Ungar to the Other Realm his
physical armor would not be able to handle such a strike. But they wrong as Crog
cackled away he heard Ungar's voice. "If that's all you have you're in for a rude
awakening pal." Said Ungar. Crog began to break out into a cold sweat trembling
at the sight of the Wizard. Ungar was standing right there without a scratch on him
and now glowing with powerful energy. "I think its my turn that's what you told
the Monkey King right?" said Ungar. "THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! YOU SHOULD BE
GONE! YOU CAN'T DIE BUT YOU SHOULDN'T EXIST IN THIS REALM
ANYMORE?! WHY ARE YOU STILL A THREAT?!" said Crog. "Quit your
whining and fight me!" said Ungar. At that moment Ungar began wailing on Crog
and Crog began to cry out in pain. "Please you don't have to this you could join
our army you would have so much potential there. Just make peace my lord will be
understanding I assure you of that!" said Crog.
"You honestly think we're just going to smoke the peace pipe and bury the hatchet with a monster like you?" said
Ungar. "Please I beg you, have mercy!" said Crog. "If you think I'm some kind of
Buddhist Monk and I'm a Pacifist than you're sorely mistaken." Said Ungar.
"Please I'll strive to un-do everything I've done to help Lord Iblis!" said Crog.
"You're a joke. Once again if you think I'm going to be like the Christ or the
Buddha and forgive you for your sins. Just remember, I hate the sin and I despise
the sinner." Said Ungar. "Please I was mislead." Said Crog. "Really because you
were so confident before. Its funny its always the loudest who think they're the least
ignorant." Said Ungar. "PLEASE I CAN'T DIE LIKE THIS!!!! PLEASE END
THIS!!!!!!" said Crog. "Don't worry I'll make your death quick. I'll send you to
your destination nice and timely like a German train." Said Ungar. "Please I'll do
anything just spare me!" said Crog. "What's wrong? Bit off a little more than you
can chew?" said Ungar. Down below Daniel and the other couldn't help but notice
how much Ungar was having for the first time they had truly seen the wizard
fighting with his new found strength they of course missed the fight he had with the
Demon King Taipei. Ungar was landing blow after blow with a charisma that
would be hard to match he knew now that he was done with this Cretin and it was
time for all of them to enter the Palace and take on Lord Zeal before he could use
the Dark Crystals to awaken Lord Iblis. "PLEASE I'LL CHANGE!!!! I
PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!" said Crog.
"YOU LIAR! Scum like doesn't you deserve to live in this world!" said Ungar. After saying this Ungar grabbed Crog by his tail and flung
him into the distance and than hit him with a blast from his new and improved
Eclipse Cannon attack. They're was a loud shriek as the evil Demon Crog was
vaporized but shortly afterward he was gone and nothing but ash remained. Ungar
proved he was even more powerful than the Monkey King so was he now a God.
Ungar made it clear. "If you think that was impressive wait until we see Lord Zeal
or God forbid Iblis. They'll make my power alone look like nothing we have to
work together if we stand any chance of beating them." Said Ungar. They all knew
it was time. But all Daniel could think to himself despite how cliché he knew it
was; "I'm glad he's on our side." Thought Daniel.
