I sat on top of the tallest building in the area, simply eyeing the ground with my eyes as well as occasionally switching to what my birds see.
This template isn't that hard to do since I need constant contact with my birds and with so many under my command, this template is pretty done in no time.

A smirk graced my lips, construction, perfect for creating anything out of cursed energy but cursed tools are a problem since they gonna be difficult but I make basic weapons and constantly infuse them with my energy.
But something about this new addition to more power bothers me slightly. I have way more cursed techniques than any normal sorcerer should have, at the level I could destroy a city with ease as well as kill those humans with ease by just simply burning them and yet I'm so weak.
Is it my mentality?
I thought I banished that human side of me long ago?

I clench my fist before thrusting it into my head. Wake the fuck up from that false hope Xicor, no one will forgive you nor accept you back into society even after Mato is dealt with, they'll just put their sights on you.
I could feel a voice at the back of my mind, whispering to me, tempting me.
I see now, that's why I'm weak.
I'm afraid.
Afraid what my families faces would be like when I die when they see me, but I've already killed people without hesitation for what they've done to William, was that just me venting my anger than just actual justice.
God, I'm a coward.
I run away from responsibilities I should be facing at full strength and yet I'm holding back just for fact I'm afraid of the consequences when I'm dead.

A fraud who shouldn't be allowed to have this power and even then, I never wanted this in the first place.
I never wanted to be here and yet I'm here, so is my family and even they didn't get a say in the matter.
I stand straight as I spread my arms wide through the cold winds, "you hearing this god or whatever threw me here, I'll gather all the techniques this system can grant me and find a way to kill you!" He yelled out to sky as the winds picked up like the deity responded through a gust of wind.
"I don't care whoever's in my way, I'll kill them without hesitation, no child, no elder, no one will stand in my way into gutting you and feeding you to the Shuuki at deepest parts of Mato!"
My breath was quick from the declaration with my shoulders going up and down with each breath I take, the rush of adrenaline of the many ways I would make this god suffer.
But one thing did repeat in my mind of a way to make this god suffer.
I let savage grin cross my face as my features twitch from it, "I'll start by destroying the very world you created, so you better bring your best champion to face me!"
"You massive pussy!" I mocked at the sky above, hoping the very god I despise can clearly hear me.
The cold winds kicked up greatly as the slow falling snow grows faster in a heartbeat. I'd definitely pissed this guy or girl off, good, the way it's reacting, it already sees as a rising threat.
I'll toy with your creations.
Who knows, once I get idle transfiguration, I'll change them into something else and make them fight the humans to see whose creations better.
But fighting them now isn't apart of Shikoku's plan despite the opportunity in front of me to destroy everything here.
Shikoku's probably gonna kick my ass if I mess up something that goes against her plan and I trust her judgment above my own. In that time I can continue to grow more power as the god watches helplessly as I destroy everything.
I breath out, watching as my visible breath fades and drifts through the winds, I move one foot at the edge of the building before leaping through the air, the cold air attacking my body with no damage done to me, only mild irritation.
I land softly on a roof as I use my anti-gravity technique to reduce my fall, ensuring I don't make a scene.
My crows fly through the air above me, acting as scouts for me as I make my way for my first stop, I've already switched out for ten shadows because of the shadow storage it has.
I reach my first stop, a closed food store, its glass double doors are shut with a sign hanging on the inside saying closed.
The only thing in the store I should worry about are the cameras and the two guards inside the store itself, good thing I came prepared.
I pull a ski mask and a black coat out of my shadow and put them on. This will help keep my identity a secret while also keeping my gender a secret to the people, the only problem is that I didn't find anything for my eyes to cover.
Once they are on I put my hands to together in a sign of a rabbit, "rabbit escape"
Hundreds of rabbits jump out of my shadow and litter the roof around me, I'll use the rabbits to help break in and disable the cameras and guards on duty.
The rabbits sink back into my shadow except one, I pick up the rabbit carefully and leap over to the roof or the store.
There is a ventilator shaft on top of it, While it's big enough for me, it's perfect for rabbit to move in. I yank the entrance of the vent off as the rabbit hopped in and went to work with a few more jumping out of my shadow and eagerly followed the other one.
"Adventurous little guys" I chuckle a bit.
As I slowly made my way to the entrance of the store with the sound of distant fighting can be heard deep within but after several minutes they grow silent.
After wha felt a while the door opens to reveal the rabbits standing on top of each other and the one at the top holding the key for the entrance.
"Are the cameras disabled?" I asked cautiously.
The rabbits saluted and nodded, "good" I walk through as the rabbits hop around and grab various food and drink items and throw them in my shadow with some extra rabbits jumping out to help.
So far I don't feel that much weight on me so I'm fine to do more, I continue walk around as the rabbits throw more food and drink stuff in my shadow.
I grab various snacks of my own before I exit the store with the rabbits returning to my shadow. I leap on the same roof and move to next location.
This travel gives a lot to think about like the information I got about funeral tiger's ability and when I said about it being an empty technique is false apparently as funeral's tigers ability is to revive the fallen shikigami by using a ritual that it and the user must do.
Not only it is strong but it's perfect for reviving the dead shikigami I loose which I imagine would take a chunk of cursed energy for and can only be one shikigami at a time before there is a time limit.
Moving on, it's definitely worth to keep in my arsenal away unless I require its assistance into combining with other shikigami.
I soon reach my next location, an electronics store, like last time my rabbits went and we took what was valuable and immediately left to head back to Mato since I've got what I wanted.
I leap back to the forest where I came from before taking one last look at the city behind me,
It illuminating light bright up like fireflies in the night.
I don't last long as I move further in until I reach the same spot like last time, there in spot of the portal was is a purple snake.
The snake tilts its head at me, silently conveying a question which I could understand, "yes, I'm ready to return"
The snake nodded as it convulsed on the ground and expanded before it transformed in the very portal that brought me here.
I turn back to my swarm of crows, "go through" I ordered, I still have those that are searching for that Onmyou facilities and still no luck but the areas they can head in will get smaller and smaller, its only a matter of time before I find them.
Once my swarm of crows go through, I step through as well before a purple blur slams into me and knock me to ground, good thing the portal closed before I got knocked down otherwise I'll just be back in the human world.
"You missed me that much, Shikoku?" I asked teasingly.
The goddess lifted her face from my chest and gave a small pout, "can't I worry about my consort"
I laughed a little at her worries, "I was only gone for about 4 hours at best"
"And 4 hours is how much you gonna make up" she said as she pulled me up with surprising strength.
"Now come with me mister" she said as she dragged me out of the training ground and in her room, inside she has a massive bed that could hold up about 5 people easily.
She drags on the bed before she lies on top of me. Shikoku lets out a satisfied sigh before nuzzling closer to me as her head moved to my neck.
She pampers kisses all over my cheeks, lips and neck, like a woman claiming her territory over a man which I'm pretty sure she's doing.
She raises her body slightly to where I have to look up at her as she looms over my face with a seductive smile, "You're mine, and there is nothing and no one who can claim you other than my siblings"
Once those words let her lips, she leans down to claim my own but it soon goes a step further as it turns passionate.
My inexperience in this field shows as she wins over our clash of tongues but even then, I still battle on as I wrap my arms around her waist and pull her closer with her reciprocating by wrapping her own arms around my neck.
We stay like that for what felt like an eternity before pulling away and catch our breaths. I look back up at her to find she has a soft smile gracing her lips and a loving expression before she moves one of her arms to bring her hand to my cheek and gently stroke it.
"I love you" she whispers out making me freeze.
I want to say it back with all my heart but the fear of messing up in the future, god I'm thinking back in my old world where woman wanted specific things and a perfect one is practically a legend.
Screw it this isn't my world so why am I putting at the level of those people, that's just practically insulting her status as a genuine woman.
I look back at her, directly into her eyes to find expectation, anxiety, fear. I cup one of her cheeks as she leans in to find some warmth in the moment of her anxious thoughts before giving my own response.
"I love you too"
Her smile grows wildly that it almost makes her look crazy, though I'd say that's not a bad thing since they ain't gonna cheat on you and are loyal to you and you alone.
Before I could react, she slams her lips into mine and again with the tongue battle, which I was winning this time.
After a few minutes we pull back, Shikoku shifts around until she was laying between my arm and body. She rested her head on my shoulder with her red eyes gazing up at me with something that was unfamiliar to me back in my old world but now I know it, it's love.
Sukuna may say love is worthless. To some, yes it is but do I care about someone else's opinion about life, maybe but that ain't gonna stop me from doing it.
I wrap the arm that was on her back, around her waist as I bring her closer to me. She lets out a soft giggle from the display of wanting her closer but can she blame someone who was never in a relationship, lost his family, forcibly kill his brother.
Either way, I'm truly happy I met her or she met me. I planted a deep kiss on her forehead before both of us drift to sleep while holding in each other's arms.
