Chapter 410 - A Man Who Possessed All Five Chakra Natures

The upgrade of this talent was only natural.

As Shinichi's reputation for being a good teacher continued to spread while his clone, Isshin, simultaneously accumulated recognition, as his four students of the Ashina Style had already begun following their master's example, traveling throughout the capital of the Land of Iron and its surrounding dojos, engaging in swordsmanship duels, and gradually building a reputation.

A student's abilities were themselves the greatest affirmation of a teacher.

Furthermore, among the various ninja villages and forces secretly collecting intelligence on him, quite a few had likely begun paying close attention to the teaching abilities of both him and Isshin.

The combined recognition from all these sources ultimately led to the promotion of the Mentor talent.

Looking at this talent, Shinichi felt very satisfied.

Although it provided no direct enhancement to his combat power, it was a crucial asset when it came to cultivating forces and training students.

After all, he aspired to become a teacher revered for generations.

At the same time, upon seeing the condition "if a student is formally acknowledged and accepted under your tutelage," Shinichi began to ponder whether there might be a loophole here.

His personal students would need to possess exceptional talent, character, and potential, and he only had a handful of such candidates in mind.

But what if he were the teacher of an entire class, or even the principal of a school?

Those who received his instruction would still be considered his students and students in the eyes of the world, even if they were not personally secluded students. Could he exploit that loophole and extend the effects of Mentor's Legacy to such people as well?

The thought circled through his mind several times, but he soon stopped dwelling on it.

After all, he already counts as a teacher, and one could even say that he was unquestionably a teacher.

Shinichi was an extremely busy person these days, and the moment he opened his eyes each morning, dozens of Shadow Clones were already occupied with various tasks.

He had to prepare for the establishment of the Shinichi Society, oversee the three light tree, rice, vine crops, and various other agricultural projects, conduct experiments related to sulfonamide-like and penicillin-like medicines, and recruit large numbers of civilians from Konoha and the surrounding towns and villages for training in preparation for the operation of future factories and enterprises.

To that end, he personally established multiple training programs across various fields, including culinary arts, agriculture, civilian medical first aid, industrial management, and more.

Each class was personally taught by his Shadow Clones, and those who received his training could nominally be considered Shinichi's students and people whom he had accepted into his fold.

With careful observation later, he would probably be able to determine the coverage range and activation conditions of Mentor's Legacy.

Moreover, this effect could also function as a loyalty detector. If one of his students progressed too slowly, the only explanation, aside from being unintelligent, was insufficient loyalty!

Shinichi shifted his gaze back to the words, breaking through the original growth limit of their innate talent.

This effect was extremely important as well.

Suppose a student's talent limit was one hundred, then he might be able to train him to one hundred relatively quickly, but under normal circumstances, reaching one hundred and one would be extremely difficult.

Of course, that was assuming no additional talents were stacked on top, and the student encountered no special opportunities.

But with this characteristic of the Mentor talent, students could still have a chance to surpass the ceiling of their own talent even through ordinary cultivation paths.

For the few students he intended to nurture in the future, individuals who already possessed considerable talent, the value of this effect was enormous.

From an even longer-term perspective, however, its significance was not limited to his direct students alone.

Among the vast number of ordinary students, there would occasionally be one or two hidden gems that even Shinichi himself had failed to notice.

Perhaps some black gemstone buried in darkness would one day shine with brilliance beyond even his expectations because of a casual word of guidance from him.

With that thought, Shinichi lowered his gaze further.

Three new talents had appeared on the panel: One green and two white.

Basic Blacksmithing, Basic Earth Style, and Basic Water Style.

[Basic Blacksmithing (Green): You learn and master blacksmithing techniques and related knowledge at an astonishing speed. You possess excellent intuition regarding heat control, force application, and the timing of material fusion. The basic quality of your finished products is often superior to that of ordinary blacksmiths.]

The Basic Blacksmithing talent was naturally the result of Isshin's efforts over the past nearly three months.

After winning the National Swordsmanship Tournament championship, Isshin used the excuse that his swordsmanship had reached a bottleneck and required a deeper understanding of the principles behind all kinds of weapons to gain new insights, and asked General Mifune to introduce him to several of the Land of Iron's top master craftsmen.

During his studies, Isshin not only displayed monstrous learning talent but also occasionally showed off by moving his forging site to crowded streets full of onlookers, hammering away amid showers of sparks and drawing countless passersby to stop and watch.

In addition, he later took the initiative to contact newspapers such as World Weekly and gave himself a thorough round of publicity, ultimately pushing his talent at forging to the green level.

Moreover, while still at the green level, it had already advanced considerably, and it seemed that only one opportunity was needed for it to be promoted to the blue level.

The other additions were Basic Earth Style and Basic Water Style; the creation of these two talents came about just as naturally.

Given Shinichi's current accomplishments in Ninjutsu, finding time to train during his busy schedule allowed him to quickly train these two chakra natures, making him a man who possessed all five chakra natures.

A few days earlier, while constructing the Shinichi Society headquarters building and laying the surrounding waterways, he casually demonstrated a few Earth and Water Style Ninjutsu in front of everyone, successfully generating these two talents.

Although their levels were still relatively low, all five natures now possessed corresponding talent enhancements.

Finally, for Shinichi as he was now, upgrading these two white talents into green ones was merely a matter of time.

As his fame and strength continued to grow, the generation and advancement of low-level talents became increasingly easy for him.

....

That afternoon, at the training ground number four of Konoha.

In the open area at the center stood a brown-haired child of about five or six years old, his eyes tightly shut as he remained motionless.

It was Yamato, and nearly five months had passed since he arrived in Konoha, and he had already begun studying basic academic subjects. Fortunately, his talent was quite good, and he learned quickly.

Over the past two months, aside from the days when Shinichi was conducting investigations, he had received Shinichi's guidance almost every day and undergone training in the fundamentals of being a ninja.
