I paced around for more than thirty minutes, my heart pounding heavily.
She wasn't returning. I had to fend for myself…
I was still pacing around when she walked into my room, her eyes baring hatred and rage.
"You'll go out the window, there's a guard there waiting for you, he'll lead you to the forest. If you ever step foot in the packs, I'll kill you myself." She announced and a broad smile spread across my face.
I wanted to jump into her arms and hug her to death. I was filled with gratitude and I nodded swiftly as I opened the window.
I looked down, it was getting dark and I swallowed as I moved my leg around the wall, searching for a support.
I managed to make it down where the guard was waiting for me.
