When Christopher came out of the laundry, he saw his grandpa humming a song as he walked. It seemed that grandpa was in a good mood.
He suddenly thought of the bowl that his grandfather had given him last night before he went to sleep. He frowned while walking over and asking, "Grandpa, what did you give me last night?"
When Old Mr. Allson heard his grandson's question, he quickly said, "It's a tonic." "Is it really just tonics?" Christopher demonstrated his doubts.
A trace of embarrassment flashed across Old Mr. Allson's face. He retorted, "Otherwise, what do you think it is?"
After saying that, he did not dare to stay any longer and just turned around and walked out.
