Chapter 1 - Zenin

a 19-year-old named Aidan Wayne had just finished playing an RPG version of the anime jujutsu Kaisen to try and save it he just finished another level and decided to stop when suddenly a new option appeared on his gaming screen.

Aidan's fingers hovered over the controller as the screen flickered. A new option. He hadn't seen this before. Was it DLC? A secret ending unlock? He had to know. With a raised eyebrow, he clicked the mysterious icon.

[OPTION: EXPERIMENTAL MODE]

Aidan's pulse quickened with anticipation.

The screen flickered with an intensity that seemed almost... biological. Pulsing like a heartbeat.

A small text box appeared below the Experimental Mode option:

[WARNING: Experimental Mode utilizes Neural-Link Integration. Player will experience sensory feedback. Side effects may include disorientation, emotional bleeding, and physical manifestations of Cursed Energy. Proceed with caution.]

"OK, then for My body I want to be half human half curse Spirit and a heavenly restriction but the immortality effect from being half curse won't kick in into my 20th birthday." he said

The text box dissolved immediately, processing your specific, highly complex customization request with impossible speed.

[PROCESSING SPECIFICATIONS...]

[RACE: Hybrid (50% Human / 50% Cursed Spirit).]

[TRAIT: Heavenly Restriction (Ultimate Physical Stats).]

[RESTRICTION CLAUSE: Immortality locked until Age 20.]

"Is it possible for me to have multiple current techniques?"

The game seemed to almost... think about your question. A moment later, the text box reappeared with an update.

[UPDATED: Player may select up to five (5) Cursed Techniques, with an additional slot reserved for a signature, unique technique. Please choose your initial three techniques from the list below. Remember, these techniques will be your primary means of combat and expression of your Cursed Energy.]

"OK, I want idol transformation, The 10 shadows technique, star rage, Cursed spirit Manipulation and shine."

The screen flickered violently, lines of code scrolling too fast to read.

[SELECTING TECHNIQUES...]

[IDOL TRANSFORMATION: ✓]

[THE 10 SHADOWS TECHNIQUE: ✓] - Requires additional setup

[STAR RAGE: ✓]- Restricted Usage

[SHINE: ✓]

[Cursed spirit Manipulation:✓]

what family would you want to be born into?

"I don't care pick whatever you want." he said, thinking it was just a game.

The screen flickered, cycling through clan names at lightning speed—Zenin, Gojo, Kamo, Inumaki, Itadori... then it stopped on something unexpected.

[SELECTED CLAN: ZENIN CLAN (BRANCH FAMILY)]

A small disclaimer appeared below:

[NOTE: The Zenin Clan maintains a rigid hierarchy. Branch family members often face discrimination, yet are expected to serve the main house with absolute loyalty. Your existence as a half-curse hybrid will cause significant controversy within the clan... and your Heavenly Restriction makes you a political anomaly.]

The text scrolled to the bottom.

[GENERATING CHARACTER...]

The world came into focus in soft, pastel blur. He was being carried—cradled against a warm chest dressed in traditional kimono fabric.

The woman's face hovered above him, sharp Zenin features softened with something almost... tender. She had long gray hair tied back, and her eyes—one blue, one gray—held him with impossible focus.

"You're awake,"

"It's alright, little one." She stroked his cheek gently, rocking him. She smelled of expensive incense and flowers. "My beautiful baby boy."

This was clearly his mother. Given the Zenin features and the fact she was cradling him, he realized instantly—he had been reborn. He wasn't Aidan the gamer anymore. He was Aidan Zenin.

The weight of the situation settled in his stomach like lead. He wasn't playing a game anymore. This was real. The "Experimental Mode" hadn't just been a fancy DLC; it had ripped his soul out of his previous life and shoved it into a infant body inside a brutal, high-stakes anime world.

He was a Zenin. A Branch Family member.

That was a terrifying realization. The Zenin Clan was notoriously misogynistic. Women were treated as breeding stock or political bargaining chips—utterly degraded. Being born male saved him from a lifetime of sexual slavery and cruelty.

His mother rocked him gently, seemingly sensing his distress. "Shh, sweet boy... my precious Aidan." She kissed his forehead.

The thought raced through his tiny, infant mind. If he was 50% curse, that meant his biological father had to be a cursed spirit. But his mother was clearly a Zenin woman.

*How the hell did that happen?*

Did a cursed spirit attack a Zenin woman? Was she a victim of some sort of horrific experimentation? A curse had taken her body... or maybe they had an arrangement?

The question ate at him, but his infant body couldn't give him answers. He was barely out of the womb.

He watched his mother's face as she carried him through the halls of a traditional estate. The architecture was rigid, austere. The shadows in the corners seemed... too alive.

Then, a shadow appeared at the end of the hallway.

She stopped dead, holding Aidan tight to her chest, but she wasn't scared. Aidan saw her cheeks flush a delicate pink. A tiny smile touched her lips—a smile of... longing?

"Kyū," she whispered.

The shadow entity rippled, drifting closer until it loomed directly over them. A gurgling, incomprehensible sound emerged from its maw—like wet gravel grinding together.

The entity leaned down, those void-like pits hovering just above Aidan's face. It made a sound like bubbling tar and wet leather, then... a tendril of darkness reached out, not toward Aidan, but toward his mother's cheek. It caressed her with impossible gentleness.

This was his father.

A high-grade cursed spirit. Not just any curse. A Grade 1 Cursed Spirit. A being capable of leveling entire cities solo, possessing intelligence that surpassed most humans, and catastrophic levels of cursed energy.

And his mother—a Zenin woman—was literally blushing at a Grade 1 Curse. This wasn't rape. This wasn't assault.

This was a genuine relationship.

The entity made a series of wet, grinding noises, its tendril still caressing his mother's cheek. She giggled softly, her blush deepening. "Not now, Kyū. I'm holding our baby." She bounced Aidan gently. "Our beautiful little hybrid."

It confirmed everything. This wasn't some terrifying mistake or forced experiment. This was legitimate love.

A Zenin woman had genuinely fallen in love with a Grade 1 Cursed Spirit. They had conceived a child together—him.

That explained his 50% Curse biology perfectly. Half human, half curse. A biological miracle. Aidan was the literal offspring of a forbidden romance.

The absurdity of his situation settled in.

He was a Zenin male (Safe from misogyny), possessed Heavenly Restriction (Ultimate physical stats), five powerful cursed procedures, idol transformation, The 10 shadows technique, star rage, Cursed spirit Manipulation, shine and was the biological son of a Zenin woman and a Grade 1 Cursed Spirit who were genuinely in love.

He was effectively an anomaly among anomalies. The ultimate political headache for the Zenin elders.

His mother kept carrying him, whispering soft words in Japanese, and occasionally stroking his tiny infant head. He decided, for the moment, to just shut his baby brain off and go to sleep.

"Aidan..." she cooed softly, "my sweet little curse baby..."

The entity, his father, drifted behind them like a guardian shadow.

As Aidan slept, his mother entered their lavish bedroom. The entity slipped inside, its form melting into the shadows cast by the moonlight. It watched over them, a silent sentinel as his mother laid Aidan down in a plush crib. She leaned over, kissing his forehead tenderly.

She smoothed the blanket over his tiny form. "My precious boy..." She whispered, leaning down to kiss his nose one last time.

The Grade 1 Curse drifted closer, its shadow extending to gently stroke Aidan's cheek with terrifying tenderness. There was absolutely no aggression—only pure, obsessive parental love from a creature capable of destroying Tokyo.

Aidan fell asleep, perfectly safe.
