BANG!
The sound reverted everywhere.
Madeline crouched down to dodge the coming bullet. The man raised a brow at her fast reflexes before grabbing a bigger rifle firing repeatedly.
She quickly grabbed the man coming for her using him as a shield.
"AHHH!!!" The man screamed as multiple bullets rained on him penetrating his bullet proof vest. Madeline quickly rushed back to the bamboo house where Damien stayed.
Her legs twitched slightly as she bent down. "Oh please… not now"
Damien just kept looking at Madeline in a daze. The moment she swinged with the bars, her top had lifted slightly and he had seen a part of the teardrop birth mark on her lower back. Ruby had one too on the exact same spot.
This can't be right, their ages matched but how can ruby not recognise him or Zachary besides, their characters were vastly different. Madeline was selfish, proud and other vices in between while Ruby was the complete opposite.
