"Why are you suddenly reminiscing about the past?" Manson asked, his tone light, almost careless but his eyes lingered on her a second longer than necessary.
Amira let out a soft breath, her gaze lowering before lifting back to him, something raw flickering beneath her composure.
"Because…" she began quietly, her voice dipping into something dangerously intimate, "no one has ever made me feel the way you did."
"Made?" he echoed softly, the single word laced with quiet curiosity.
Amira's lips curved, slow and deliberate, her gaze locking onto his as she leaned in just enough to let the tension breathe between them.
"Alright…" she murmured, her voice dropping into something silkier, more intimate, "no one has ever f*cked me better."
A faint, almost self-mocking smile touched her lips.
"I tried to move on, honey. I really did. But…" she shook her head gently, "I couldn't."
For a moment, silence stretched between them thick, heavy, alive.
