You looked at the King with calm, cold eyes and spoke clearly:
"I will not send my full group. Miya, Lukas, and Liora will go to help defend the capital. They will turn the tide. I will remain here and monitor the real situation."
You turned to your three companions.
"Miya, Lukas, Liora — go. Protect the people. Crush the demons. Do not hold back. I will watch everything from here and handle what truly matters."
Miya bowed her head, emerald eyes burning with loyalty and battle lust.
"As you command, my lord. I will cut them down without mercy."
Lukas's shadows flared violently. "Leave it to us, big brother. We'll make them regret this."
Liora nodded firmly, standing tall beside her husband. "We will protect the innocent."
With a single snap of your fingers, you teleported the three of them directly to the northern walls of the Azure Kingdom capital, right into the heart of the raging battle.
At the battlefield:
Miya, Lukas, and Liora appeared amid the chaos.
Demons were swarming the walls. Screams filled the air. The royal army was being pushed back, many soldiers already dead or dying.
Miya drew Starfang in a flash of silver-blue light.
"Time to work."
She became a whirlwind of death — moonlight shields blocking demonic claws, thorn walls impaling hordes, and Starfang slicing through demons like paper. Her power, now completely unrestricted, was terrifying to behold.
Lukas unleashed his full Cosmic Lord might. Endless shadow armies of SSS-rank knights erupted from the ground, tearing through the demon forces. He flew at blinding speed, scythe reaping souls by the dozens.
Liora supported them with precise silver energy blades and healing waves, her freedom allowing her to fight far beyond her previous limits.
The tide began to turn almost immediately. The demons started falling back in panic as the three unleashed hell upon them.
Back in the throne room, you remained standing calmly beside the King.
You were watching everything through your power — the battle, the movements of the demons, and most importantly… the true intentions behind this attack.
This was clearly a distraction.
The Goddess and the Demon Lord were using this assault to pull your strongest fighters away so they could finish breaking the final seal on the First Djinn without interference.
You could feel the void trembling. The last seal was cracking faster now.
The King looked at you with desperate hope.
"Lord Grim… will this be enough? Will your companions save the city?"
You remained silent for a moment, eyes distant as you monitored the real threat.
