One week later…
Rainbow Guardian City had grown even more vibrant in the past week.
The new shops were thriving. The Adventurers' Guild was busy with quests, and the Merchant Guild saw a steady flow of caravans. The School of Sword and Magic, under Miya's guidance, had its first batch of enthusiastic students training daily. The farms were producing well, and the population continued to increase slowly as word spread of the safe, growing city.
You had spent the week mostly in the background, enjoying quiet time with Miya while letting Lukas and Liora take the lead as King and Queen. They were doing an excellent job — fair, approachable, and focused on the people's well-being. The four heroes continued proving themselves through honest work, and Mu Gu (the former First Djinn) was diligently working as an S-rank adventurer, slowly building a new reputation.
It was a peaceful, productive week.
This morning
You were sitting with Miya on the balcony of the longhouse, overlooking the bustling city. She leaned against your shoulder, tail curled lazily around your waist, enjoying the warm sunlight.
Lukas and Liora approached, both looking refreshed and content. Lukas had a small smile as he spoke:
"Big brother… it's been a good week. The city is stable. The guilds are running smoothly, the people are happy, and we've even had a few new families settle in permanently. I think we're ready for the next step — maybe expanding the walls or starting a proper market district."
Liora nodded beside him. "Everyone is working hard. It feels like a real home now."
Miya smiled softly. "The school is going well too. The students are eager to learn."
The city stretched out below you — lively, growing, and full of hope under the soft rainbow aura.
