(Skylar walked around the mansion holding a mop and a bucket. she pretended to mop unsuspecting areas as she sneaked her way around the place. she stopped when she heard something shatter. then she moved towards the room where the sound came from. she peered into the keyhole and was met with satisfaction. she wanted to go when Diane called for a cleaning servant. she hurriedly went in before anyone else could)
DIANE: (cross legged on the table) now we have a witness. (to Skylar) over here. look at how I'm bleeding. you did see her trying to kill me didn't you?
CARISSA: (rolled her eyes)what use is bringing an ordinary servant into this?
DIANE: It's the way I am, I'm not sure it's something I can hide. I just love it.
CARISSA: break a leg.
DIANE: (to Skylar) you saw her throw that at me right?
SKYLAR:(with her head bowed) I'm afraid I missed that part lady Diane.
CARISSA: (looked at her for the first time. recognized her) clean it up and leave. (Skylar hastened)
DIANE:(whispered) you have no idea what you've done.
SKYLAR:(cleaned and left. raced home to see Christopher ploughing hard. yelled) I found her! I found her!
CHRISTOPHER: (turned off the machine) you mean...
SKYLAR: yes. (breathless) I saw her just now. she is having lunch with Diane. (shrieked) I think there's something scary going on between them. cause that mood was intense!
CHRISTOPHER: (Interested) I'll go after this.
SKYLAR: Oh no don't! tis was really tense. you don't wanna know.
CHRISTOPHER: Diane's at it again?
SKYLAR: crazy girl! would you believe she cut herself and tried to frame the lady?
CHRISTOPHER: (frowned) is Carissa in trouble?
SKYLAR: doesn't seem like it. but she is always composed. she makes it impossible to read her.
CHRISTOPHER: (nodded) I'll go to her soon.

CARISSA:(rolled her eyes. nudged him to come in. he did) Took you long enough.
CHRISTOPHER: (surprised) I didn't know you were expecting to see me.
CARISSA: I saw your sister at lunch today. I ain't gonna lie, she's savvy. but I knew she didn't come of herself.
CHRISTOPHER: you think I asked her to check up on you?
CARISSA: (chuckled) I think it's beautiful. that either of you thought of me.
CHRISTOPHER: (smiled. admired the room) fancy room.
CARISSA: (agreed) You've got taste (they stared) I know you didn't come to check out my room.
CHRISTOPHER: I know you also didn't let me in because I'm a color expert. course I'm not. in case you thought so.
CARISSA: (laughed) you wanted to see me?
CHRISTOPHER: I was curious how you've been faring. I guess I got used to you being about my business and suddenly, you're not.
CARISSA: (exhaled) I've been fine. (plopped on bed)
CHRISTOPHER: I can see that. you don't look a day stressed. how do you do it?
CARISSA: (confused) do what?
CHRISTOPHER: Pretend you're fine. or look fine. I know you are having a tough time here.
CARISSA: you don't know what you're saying.
CHRISTOPHER:I know Diane's been harassing you. I don't understand how she's able to do that, but why are you taking it? why not just go home if it's not comfortable here?
CARISSA: You are going to end up in a lot of trouble if you keep going at this.
CHRISTOPHER: what's there to find? You are running from a forced marriage at home and here's your only safe option?
CARISSA: (surprised) you do know what you're saying.
CHRISTOPHER: who is it?
CARISSA: (shrugged) someone.
CHRISTOPHER: why not marry him?
CARISSA: if I wanted to, do you think I'd be here?
CHRISTOPHER: (nodded) and thereby have met me.
CARISSA: (chuckled) you're ridiculous.
CHRISTOPHER: but right. (thought) does Catherine know?
CARISSA: That Diane's been giving me a thought time?
CHRISTOPHER: uh-uh.
CARISSA: what do you think?
CHRISTOPHER: (tried to read her eyes) you.. (they heard loud footsteps) someone's coming.
CARISSA: (rushed him to the window) you have to leave now!
CHRISTOPHER: okay but I'll be back.
CARISSA: Don't. This is no place to trespass as you wish.
CHRISTOPHER: will you be coming around soon?
CARISSA: (shook her head) I don't owe you anything.
CHRISTOPHER: well, trespassing is my forte, so you know. you might as well acknowledge the effort.
CARISSA: (chuckled) I'll give you an E then.
CHRISTOPHER: I better work on my techniques next time.
CARISSA: Don't you dare! (closed the window)
