Chapter 110 - THEIR SPECIAL DAY

Lesley turned the key, and the yacht's engine rumbled awake beneath their feet.

Denisse stood a few steps away, watching her girlfriend with a mixture of amusement and disbelief. Afternoon sunlight glinted off the polished railings, and a cool breeze tugged at the loose strands of her hair. Lesley looked entirely too comfortable behind the controls, one hand resting on the wheel as though she had been doing this all her life.

Denisse still couldn't quite believe she was actually here.

The yacht was far smaller than the one their father owned, which had been precisely the point. When Lesley had suggested borrowing it, Denisse had immediately refused. Lesley's father's yacht was enormous, excessive for two people who simply wanted a quiet day together. This one was modest by comparison, but it had everything they needed: enough room to stretch out, a small cabin below deck, and an open rear deck where they could swim once they reached deeper water.

More importantly, there was no one else around.

Just them.

Denisse leaned against the railing as the yacht eased away from the dock. The wake widened behind them, breaking the reflection of the afternoon sun into trembling pieces.

A smile tugged at her lips.

She still couldn't get over the morning.

When she had first opened her eyes, she had expected an ordinary day. Instead, there had been a fresh bouquet waiting beside the bed, the flowers arranged so carefully that Denisse had spent several seconds simply staring at them. Then came breakfast in bed, complete with coffee exactly the way she liked it.

She had barely recovered from that surprise when Lesley had kissed her forehead and casually announced that they had somewhere to be.

A yacht date.

For their first month of being together officially.

Denisse had laughed then, convinced Lesley was teasing her.

She hadn't been.

Now, with the shoreline slowly shrinking behind them, Denisse glanced toward her girlfriend again.

Who knew?

The woman who had once treated the word commitment like a warning sign was now waking up early to arrange flowers and cook breakfast. Apparently, she had also spent several hours every day that week learning how to operate a yacht by herself.

Denisse narrowed her eyes playfully.

"You sure you know how to drive this, babe?"

Lesley didn't even look worried. She kept her attention on the open water, one hand steady on the wheel while the other adjusted the controls.

"Yup."

There was so much confidence in that single word that Denisse nearly laughed.

Lesley finally turned toward her, a wicked little smile appearing at the corner of her mouth.

"I am Lesley Nicole Ashford, remember? And driving is my expertise. You know that too well, right?"

She winked.

Denisse stared at her for a second before shaking her head, fighting a grin.

"Naughty."

Lesley laughed, her eyes returning to the water.

The yacht picked up speed.

Wind rushed past them, carrying the clean, salty scent of the sea. Denisse's hair whipped across her face, and she caught it with one hand, laughing as the spray from the wake scattered behind them. The dock and shore grew smaller until they seemed almost unreal, leaving nothing ahead but blue water stretching toward the horizon.

She walked over and slipped her arms around Lesley's waist from behind.

Lesley glanced down at her hands and smiled.

"Comfortable?"

"Very."

"Good."

Denisse rested her cheek against Lesley's back, listening to the steady vibration of the engine beneath them. The warmth of Lesley's body seeped through her clothes, grounding her amid the rocking motion of the yacht.

For a while, neither of them said anything.

They didn't need to.

The sea rolled gently beneath them, sunlight warmed their skin, and the breeze carried away every distraction they'd left onshore.

Eventually, Lesley reached back and found Denisse's hand, threading their fingers together. Her thumb brushed slowly over Denisse's knuckles.

"Happy one month, my love."

Denisse looked up at her.

For a moment, she could only stare.

One month.

After all the uncertainty, all the moments when she had wondered if they would ever get here, somehow they had made it to this day, together with the sea stretching endlessly before them.

A small smile touched her lips, but the warmth in her eyes gave away more than she could say.

"Happy one month to us, babe."

Lesley squeezed her hand.

Denisse tightened her fingers around hers, holding on as the breeze moved gently through her hair.

Ahead of them, the open sea shimmered beneath the afternoon sun, bright and endless, and Denisse found herself wishing she could hold on to this moment a little longer.

The yacht had been cruising for a while before finally settling in an open stretch of water, far enough from the shore that the coastline had become a distant line against the horizon.

Out here, the world seemed quieter. Soft music played through the yacht's sound system, blending with the breeze and the gentle slap of waves against the hull. Sunlight scattered across the water, catching the ripples in flashes of silver.

Lesley picked up two champagne flutes and made her way toward the bow.

She found Denisse stretched out on a cushioned sunbed, her sunglasses shielding her eyes as she basked in the afternoon sun. She was wearing a black two-piece swimsuit that left little to the imagination, and Lesley had to fight the smile threatening to spread across her face.

Some things, apparently, hadn't changed. Denisse could still distract her without even trying.

Lesley settled beside her, one champagne flute in each hand. Rather than offering Denisse her drink, she brought the cold glass to the inside of her arm and slowly traced it along her skin.

Denisse stirred, a soft hum escaping her lips. She smiled without opening her eyes.

"Hmm... Babe."

Lesley watched her reaction with quiet amusement, letting the cool glass glide a little farther before lifting it away.

"Care to share a drink with me, sexy?" she asked, her gaze wandering over the woman beside her.

Denisse finally opened her eyes and tilted her sunglasses down just enough to peer at her.

Her lips curved into a knowing smile.

"Of course, baby."

She pushed herself upright and reached for the champagne flute Lesley offered her. Their fingers brushed around the stem, and Denisse held Lesley's gaze for a moment before bringing the glass to her lips.

Lesley took a sip of her own champagne, then turned toward the sea. The bubbles tickled her tongue, and the breeze carried the faint scent of saltwater across her face. She could have stayed there for hours, with nothing to do but listen to the music and watch the waves roll past.

Yet, after a moment, her gaze drifted back to Denisse.

She was smiling to herself as she sipped her drink, her hair stirring in the breeze, seemingly content to spend the entire afternoon doing absolutely nothing.

Lesley found herself watching her longer than she intended.

Denisse noticed.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" she asked, lowering her glass.

Lesley let out a quiet laugh and glanced down at the champagne in her hand.

"Nothing." She paused, turning back to Denisse. "It's just that sometimes, everything still feels a little surreal."

Denisse's smile softened. "What does?"

Lesley looked at her, taking in the familiar face she had spent so long missing, the very same woman she had once feared she might never get back.

"That you're here with me again." Her fingers tightened slightly around the flute. "That we're finally together."

For a brief moment, the words left her feeling strangely vulnerable. She knew they were together now. She could reach for Denisse whenever she wanted, hold her hand without wondering if she had the right, kiss her without having to question what it meant.

Still, some part of her remembered how easily she had lost all of it.

"Oh, baby."

Denisse set her champagne aside and turned fully toward her. She reached for Lesley's hand, gently easing the glass from her fingers before placing it beside her own.

"This is real, Lesley. We're real."

Lesley looked into her eyes, searching their familiar warmth.

Denisse smiled and leaned closer.

"Want proof?"

A smile tugged at Lesley's lips. "And what kind of proof would that be?"

Denisse didn't answer immediately. Instead, she lifted a hand to Lesley's cheek, her thumb brushing gently along her skin before she leaned in and kissed her.

The unexpected tenderness caught Lesley off guard for half a heartbeat. Then she closed her eyes and kissed Denisse back, her hand finding Denisse's waist as she leaned into her.

The kiss was sweet and unhurried, with the afternoon sun warming their skin and the quiet rhythm of the waves surrounding them. Lesley felt Denisse smile against her lips, and a soft laugh escaped her before she could help it.

When they finally parted, she stayed close, her nose brushing Denisse's as she looked at her.

Perhaps she would need time to get used to this again. To the simple wonder of having Denisse beside her, of reaching for her and finding her there.

But she didn't have to figure it all out today.

Today, Denisse was here.

Lesley smiled, her fingers slipping into Denisse's hair.

"I love you, Denisse."

Then she drew her closer and kissed her again, unable to resist the smile that rose to her own lips when Denisse wrapped her arms around her and kissed her back.

The sea breeze carried the scent of salt and sun-warmed teak, but the air between them was electric, thick with a heat that had nothing to do with the afternoon sun.

The kiss deepened, turning urgent and heavy. Lesley's hand slipped from Denisse's waist, tracing a fiery path up her spine as their tongues tangled in a slow, intoxicating rhythm. Without breaking the cadence of the kiss, Lesley's hand curved around the side of Denisse's hip before sliding upward to cup one soft breast, giving it a warm, deliberate squeeze.

Denisse gasped against her lips, abruptly yanking herself backward.

"Babe! We're out in the open," Denisse hissed, her cheeks flushing a brilliant, heated crimson as her eyes darted toward the endless stretch of blue water surrounding them.

Instead of retreating, Lesley closed the distance instantly, her grip firm and unyielding as she tugged Denisse flush against her body once more. A confident, sultry smirk played at the corners of Lesley's mouth.

"So what?" Lesley murmured against her lips. "We're miles out, and it's just the two of us out here. No one is going to see us."

Denisse opened her mouth to argue further, but any potential protest was swallowed whole as Lesley claimed her lips again. It wasn't just a kiss; it was a slow, consuming devouring. Lesley didn't care about the open deck, the bright sky, or the glittering horizon. Right now, the entire universe had narrowed down to the woman in her arms, and the primitive, burning urge to have her right here, right now.

Breaking away from the mouth-locking intensity, Lesley's lips traveled downward, burning a trail of wet, heated kisses across Denisse's jawline, down the sensitive column of her neck, and along the sharp curve of her collarbone.

"Hmm… baby," Denisse whimpered, her hands tangling in the wind-blown strands of Lesley's hair as she involuntarily arched her head back, offering complete, helpless access.

"You are only mine," Lesley whispered between lingering kisses, her voice a low, gravelly promise.

Denisse's fingers tightened in Lesley's hair, her breath hitching as she pulled her closer. "Yes, baby. I'm yours. Only yours."

Hearing those words sent a shiver of pure adrenaline through Lesley. She nipped playfully at Denisse's sensitive earlobe, eliciting a sharp intake of breath, while her hands resumed their restless exploration along her spine. Her fingers found the knotted strings of Denisse's bikini top at her nape and back. With a swift, practiced tug, the ties gave way, and the fabric was tossed carelessly aside onto the bow.

Lesley pulled back just an inch, her dark eyes dropping to devour the breathtaking sight before her.

"God, you're so beautiful," Lesley breathed, her voice thick with awe.

A shy, breathless smile broke through Denisse's flush, her skin painted a deep rose under the relentless sun. But hesitation was fleeting; unwilling to wait another second, Denisse grabbed the lapels of Lesley's sheer button-down shirt, worn open over her bikini and pulled her back down into a crushing, breathless kiss.

Their lips met in a frenzied dance before Lesley pulled away just enough to resume her descent. Lips trailing down the curve of the throat, grazing the collarbone, until they finally found their target.

With a soft groan, Lesley's mouth closed over the taut peak of Denisse's breast. As she did, she gently guided Denisse backward, easing her down to lie flat against the plush white cushions of the sunbed, never once breaking the hypnotic contact between her lips and sensitive skin.

Denisse's back arched off the cushions, her fingers gripping handfuls of Lesley's hair as waves of heat washed over her. Lesley savored every shudder, her hands rhythmically kneading one breast while her tongue worked absolute magic on the other—alternating between a slow, swirling torment and a sharp, suctioning warmth that drew breathless, uninhibited cries from the back of Denisse's throat.

She wanted to ensure Denisse felt every ounce of the adoration and desire burning inside her chest.

"Fuck, baby..." Denisse sobbed out, her hips bucking slightly against the empty space between them as pure, liquid pleasure flooded her veins. "It's... God, it's so good."

Denisse's hands moved with a tender urgency, sliding the damp fabric of the polo off Lesley's shoulders, followed quickly by the matching bikini top. As the last barrier fell away, Lesley's breasts caught the warm sea breeze, beautiful and perfectly framed against the vast horizon. Denisse couldn't resist; she cupped the soft warmth of skin, alternating between kneading them gently.

Reluctantly, Lesley pulled herself away from Denisse's breasts, though every instinct screamed at her to stay. She had a new destination in mind, a journey across every inch of Denisse's shivering, sun-kissed skin.

Trailing a constellation of deliberate, lingering kisses down the flat expanse of Denisse's stomach, Lesley's fingers deftly untied the strings of the bottom bikini. With a smooth flick of her wrists, she cast the garment aside, revealing the breathless, eager core of Denisse to the open air.

Even as her lips continued their slow descent, Lesley's hand drifted downward, tracing the inside of Denisse's thigh before sliding upward to her center.

The immediate warmth and slick wetness told Lesley everything she needed to know. Denisse was burning for her, entirely undone by the mere anticipation. A thrill of triumph and deep affection surged through Lesley; knowing she had this effect on the woman she loved was intoxicating.

Without breaking the rhythm of her touch, Lesley's finger grazed lightly over Denisse's hyper-sensitive clit.

Denisse gasped, her back arching off the cushioned bow in a sharp, involuntary reflex. Her fingers curled tightly, nails pressing into the muscles of Lesley's back. While the grip was firm enough to leave a mark, Lesley felt only a surge of sharp, delicious pleasure. It was a silent language, telling her that Denisse was surrendering completely to the moment.

Emboldened, Lesley pressed her kisses lower still, her tongue tracing a path of liquid fire until she reached her ultimate destination.

Grasping Denisse's thighs to part them further, Lesley pressed her face forward and let her tongue glide upward, tasting the rich, warm essence of Denisse's desire. Every sweep and suck was met with an immediate, shuddering reaction from Denisse's body.

"Baby... shit..." Denisse's voice broke into a ragged sigh, slipping away into the rhythmic sound of the lapping waves.

Ignoring the openness of the sea, the bright sunlight, and everything beyond the perimeter of the yacht, Lesley poured all of her focus—and all of her love—into the rhythm of her tongue. She went deeper, savoring every contour, teasing the hardened bud of Denisse's clit with expert precision.

Denisse's hands instinctively tangled into Lesley's hair, her fingers tightening to guide the cadence.

"Yes, baby... yes..." Denisse breathed, her chest heaving with every cresting wave of sensation. "I—I'm so close..."

Knowing the peak was near, Lesley refused to slow down. She lavished attention on every sensitive fold, spoiling Denisse with a relentless, adoring pace until a sudden, profound tremor rippled through Denisse's frame.

Moments later, Denisse cried out, a pure, uninhibited sound of release that was carried away by the ocean breeze as her body convulsed in climax.

"Ahhhhh... Hmmmm..."

Lesley smiled against her skin, tasting the sweet reward of the moment, holding Denisse safely in the center of their own private universe.

She was still floating in the hazy, sweet aftermath of Denisse's release, her senses humming and her lips tingling with the taste of Denisse. Before she could catch her breath, gentle hands cupped her face, guiding her gently away from where she had been so blissfully lost.

Then came the warmth of Denisse's lips, surprising her with a sudden, delicious hunger. Denisse kissed her hard, a deep, possessive claiming that tasted of her own sweet climax still lingering on Lesley's tongue. She relished every single memory of what Lesley had just done to her—every reverent kiss, every slow lick, every breathless suck—and now, the fire was entirely hers to return. She was going to make Lesley drown in it.

With a swift, practiced motion, Denisse shifted her weight, rolling them over until she hovered directly above Lesley, her dark hair falling in a curtain around their faces.

Lesley looked up at her, a breathless, wicked smile curving her lips. "You are really fast, baby."

Denisse smiled back down, her eyes dark with intent. "My turn to pleasure my baby," she murmured, before capturing Lesley's lips once more.

The kiss was ravenous, fueled by a mutual heat and an electric arousal that seemed to crackle in the air between them. Denisse nipped playfully at Lesley's lower lip, just hard enough to punctuate her adoration, before pulling away to map a new path of fire.

She trailed hot, open-mouthed kisses down the sensitive curve of Lesley's jaw and straight onto her neck. Finding that impossibly soft spot, Denisse sucked gently, lingering until a dark, blossoming mark bloomed against the pale skin. And she wasn't finished—not by a long shot. She left a second, and then a third, mapping her claim across Lesley's throat.

Lesley's fingers instinctively tangled in Denisse's hair, pulling her closer, anchoring her there. She loved every second of it. She wore those marks like a badge of honor; come the next morning at the office, she wouldn't bother with scarves or high-collared blouses. Instead, she'd deliberately choose the tailored suits with the plunging necklines, walking through the glass doors with her head held high, proudly advertising to the world that she belonged entirely to Denisse.

Denisse's hands wandered lower, cupping the soft weight of Lesley's breast while her lips continued their lazy descent across her collarbone. She kneaded the warm flesh gently, eliciting a soft, shuddering sigh.

"Hmmmm... ohhh, baby..." Lesley breathed out, arching her back into the touch.

"You like that, baby?" Denisse murmured against her skin, pausing just long enough to smile.

"Hmm... yes, baby... but my nipples are practically begging for your mouth," Lesley teased, a mischievous glint in her half-closed eyes.

Denisse let out a low chuckle, playfully biting the skin of Lesley's neck. "Impatient little devil. We'll get there, baby," she promised, brushing one last feather-light kiss over Lesley's racing pulse before finally dropping her gaze lower.

True to her word, Denisse trailed her kisses down the center of Lesley's chest, hovering just above her target before latching onto a sensitive peak.

Lesley gasped, her fingers tightening in Denisse's hair as a sharp, exquisite jolt shot straight to her core. Denisse swirled her tongue over the hardened tip before drawing her in, sucking with a rhythm that made Lesley's head spin.

"Denisse... oh, fuck..." Lesley cried out, her voice breaking on a high, breathless moan.

While one hand kept working magic on Lesley's breast—kneading and rolling the flesh—Denisse's other hand slipped smoothly down, finding the delicate string of Lesley's bottom bikini. With a quick flick of her fingers, she untied the knot and tossed the scrap of fabric away.

She slid a warm palm up the inside of Lesley's thigh, tracing the sensitive skin until she reached her center. She wasn't the least bit surprised by the slick, welcoming wetness she found waiting for her there, but the ragged gasp that slipped past Lesley's lips made her pulse spike all over again.

Denisse parted her softly, pressing a single, knowing finger against her entrance, ready to guide them both deeper into the storm.

Denisse's fingers traced slow, deliberate circles against Lesley's sensitive core, orchestrating a symphony of sensation that left no inch of skin unattended. While one hand coaxed and stroked, the other deftly cupped a breast, her mouth warm and attentive as her lips closed over a hardening nipple.

Lesley's body answered in kind, shifting and arching with every artful stroke, her breath caught and hitched in the open air, mingling with the soft rush of the waves around them. Denisse listened closely to the music of it—the soft, breathless sighs that slowly escalated into uninhibited, louder moans of pure appreciation. Every rhythm Denisse set was deliberate, designed not just to give pleasure, but to mirror the fierce intensity of her own desire. She adored every detail of the woman beneath her, harboring a hungry intention to devour her whole.

Hovering over the slick warmth of Lesley's core while her tongue danced across a sensitized nipple, Denisse could feel the electric anticipation humming beneath Lesley's skin. Without warning, she shifted her weight and pressed her fingers inward.

"Ohh, fuck," Lesley gasped, her voice dropping into a breathless plea.

Denisse moved slowly at first, drawing out each inch of penetration until Lesley was completely submerged in the sensation. Lesley's fingers tangled immediately in Denisse's hair, gripping tightly as an anchor against the rising tide.

"Yes, baby, just like that," Lesley murmured, her eyes fluttering closed.

Pulling away from Lesley's chest, Denisse traced a hot path of kisses downward, navigating the sensitive plane of her stomach until she reached the source of the heat. Without a word, she captured Lesley's waiting clit with her tongue, maintaining the steady rhythm of her fingers inside.

The combination of internal pressure and skilled warmth hit Lesley all at once, spinning her senses into a dizzying blur.

"Oh, fuck! That is so good, baby! Yes!"

Emboldened by the ragged edge in Lesley's voice, Denisse intensified her pace—sucking and swirling her tongue while her fingers found and pressed against that deeply sensitive spot within.

"Shit, baby! Fuck me hard!" Lesley cried out, her back arching off the sunbed.

A triumphant smile pressed against Lesley's skin, and Denisse drove forward, refusing to relent until the tremors of an impending climax began to ripple through Lesley's frame.

"I'm coming, baby!"

Lesley's grip on Denisse's hair tightened to a white-knuckled hold as the peak finally broke over her, leaving her breathless and shivering. Denisse stayed right where she was, tasting and tending to her until the last aftershocks faded away and the place fell back into a quiet rhythm of resting breath.

Denisse pulled herself upward, her skin kissed by salt and sunlight, and slid into the curve of Lesley's body at the very bow of the yacht. The endless blue of the sea stretched out in every direction, a vast and shimmering horizon that offered no boundaries and demanded no explanations. Stripped of more than just their clothes, they had shed the armor of the world behind them. Up here, floating in the cradle of the open ocean under the blazing sun, the rest of humanity simply ceased to exist. If a passing sail caught sight of them, neither woman would have blinked. Let them look. There was nothing to hide in something so pure.

They lay side by side, chests heaving, both of them catching their breath as the aftershocks of a profound, breathless joy rippled through them. A slow, effortless smile bloomed across Denisse's face, mirrored perfectly on Lesley's lips.

Lesley shifted, her fingers tracing the damp curve of Denisse's spine before resting protectively at her waist. She pulled her closer, sealing away any remaining space between them, and pressed her face into the soft tangle of Denisse's sun-warmed hair.

"I love you, my baby," Lesley whispered, her voice a soft, sacred secret meant only for the wind and the waves, before planting a tender kiss against the crown of Denisse's head.

Denisse smiled, the corners of her eyes crinkling against the glare of the light, her heart swelling until it felt too big for her ribs.

"I love you the most," she murmured back, her voice thick with absolute contentment.

And just like that, time stopped. They stayed tangled together in the open air, completely naked in each other's arms, wrapped in a silence that spoke volumes, entirely unbothered by a world that suddenly felt a million miles away.
