Nanami hadn't even fully left the training yard before Takeru spoke again.
"…Can I at least guess?"
Everyone froze.
Yuji slowly turned his head.
"…Guess what?"
Hakari already looked exhausted.
"…Don't encourage him."
Maki crossed her arms tighter.
"…This is still going?"
Gojo, of course, looked delighted.
"…Oh, I want to hear this."
Nanami stopped walking.
Didn't turn around right away.
Just… paused.
Like he was re-evaluating reality.
"…Guess."
Takeru nodded once, very seriously.
"…Your dream vacation."
Silence.
Yuji immediately:
"…HE'S STILL ON THAT?!"
Hakari pointed.
"…Bro is committed to this strategy."
Maki muttered.
"…This is why we can't have normal conversations."
Gojo leaned forward slightly.
"…Alright, Nanamin. I'm curious too."
Nanami slowly turned back.
Expression unchanged.
But the exhaustion in his eyes was now very visible.
"…No."
Takeru blinked.
"…Then I will attempt approximation."
Nanami's voice sharpened slightly.
"…Do not."
Takeru ignored that entirely.
He tapped his chin once.
Thinking.
Yuji whispered:
"…This is gonna be bad."
Hakari whispered back:
"…Oh absolutely."
Takeru spoke again.
"…Structured environment. Limited noise. Financial stability. Controlled scheduling."
He paused.
"…Beach resort?"
Silence.
Nanami didn't move.
Didn't react.
Just stared.
Yuji slowly leaned toward Hakari.
"…Is that right?"
Hakari whispered:
"…If it is, I'm scared."
Maki narrowed her eyes.
"…Don't confirm it."
Gojo was already smiling too much.
"…Nanamin?"
Nanami exhaled slowly.
Very slowly.
"…That is incorrect."
Takeru nodded immediately.
"…Understood."
Then, without hesitation:
"…Second attempt."
Yuji shouted:
"…WHY IS THERE A SECOND ATTEMPT?!"
Hakari laughed.
"…HE'S TREATING THIS LIKE A DOMAIN EXPANSION TRIAL."
Maki stepped forward slightly.
"…Stop him."
Nanami raised a hand slightly.
"…No."
A pause.
"…Let him finish."
That made everyone go silent.
Takeru nodded.
Focused again.
"…Minimal social interaction. High efficiency relaxation. Predictable schedule. Quiet environment."
He paused.
"…Mountains."
Silence again.
Yuji whispered:
"…If he gets this right again I'm quitting."
Hakari muttered:
"…Same."
Maki crossed her arms.
"…This is ridiculous."
Gojo leaned in.
"…I kinda want him to be right."
Nanami finally spoke.
"…No."
Takeru nodded.
"…Noted."
A beat.
Then he added casually:
"…I will continue guessing during rest period."
Nanami closed his eyes briefly.
"…There will be no rest period if this continues."
Yuji groaned.
"…PLEASE STOP MAKING IT WORSE."
Hakari wiped a tear from laughing.
"…This kid is going to negotiate his way into retirement."
Maki sighed deeply.
"…We are all doomed."
Gojo clapped once.
"…Alright, Nanamin, I think you've officially met your match in persistence."
Nanami adjusted his glasses.
"…I'm aware."
And as he walked away again—
Takeru called after him one last time:
"…I will deduce it eventually."
Nanami didn't turn back.
But his voice came anyway.
"…Do not."
