~ Shadow Monarch-Copy - POV ~
~ Kings Peak, Utah, USA, Invincible Universe ~
After devouring two mouthfuls of Viltrumite DNA from Nolan and dropping him back in the middle of his massacre of the Guardians of the Globe, I left the secret underground headquarters of the Guardians before Cecil and the GDA arrived on site. By slipping into the shadows of the now quiet–other the Nolans shallow breathing–underground Guardians headquarters and reappearing outside, in the shadows of a boulder at the base of the Kings Peak mountain range, where Guardians HQ is located in northern Utah.
Traveling through shadows was becoming one of my favorite modes of travel, especially within this universe where there is a Shadow Dimension that connects all shadows. If I remember correctly the Shadow Dimension was first introduced in the show when Invincible was battling Darkwing II, the successor to, and now former sidekick to the first Darkwing, who just had his skull splattered on the Guardians HQ floor.
The Shadow Dimension is quite mind-boggling infinite and filled some elderlicht horrors whom all seem to flee at the very sight of me. I don't know if it's because of my being a higher tier of Shadow Being as the Shadow Monarch, or just being a sliver of a Primordial Chaos God that is my main body. Either way, I had free reign of the Shadow Dimension of this universe for as long as I was here.
The first thing I did after leaving the shadows was to test out my new Viltrumite flight capabilities and to look for a secluded space to digest the rest of my gains from Nolan Graysons Viltrumite blood. Luckily flight was already one of the first abilities that I got from Amatsu-Mikaboshi, so it didn't take long to figure out Viltrumite flight. The biggest difference being that instead of using my cosmic power to achieve flight, Viltrumites ability to fly themselves is part of their biology. An inner-ear function that allows them, and myself now, to treat the space around them like three dimensional platforms abling themselves to push and pivot from anywhere.
It took me a minute to get used to it but as soon as I did it was amazing, total freedom within three dimensional space. No more using up my cosmic power to propel myself forward and wasting constant power to maintain flight. As soon as I got a hang of it I was feeling like a shark swimming in the sea, or more aptly a bird of prey in the sky–completely natural born flier and deadly as well. Once I had the three dimensional maneuvering down I used my stealth ability to make myself invisible, so the GDA wouldn't track my movements with their satellites, before shooting up into outer space flying straight towards the Moon. Luckily I didn't have the same need for oxygen as the Viltrumites did so I didn't have an obligation to suck in air and hold my breath while traveling to the Moon.
Once upon the Moon, while still using my stealth ability, I settled into a meditative position in one of the Moons many craters and started to complete my digestive process of Omni-Mans' blood and the thousands of years of fighting knowledge that came with it. Everything else besides that and the knowledge of some free to claim resources of the wider cosmos was deemed useless as I didn't see myself returning to this universe at all anytime soon.
So for a few hours I digested all of that knowledge and understanding of one of Viltrum's most elite and storied warriors; and secret prince, before standing up and practicing some moves. All the while I was enjoying the amazing views of this universes solar system and contemplating flying towards the sun and getting himself burned to a crisp and healing back to adapt to extreme heat. A contemplation that was discarded soon enough when I realized I could safely do that when I returned to my main body. For now I should get to collecting some resources around the cosmos but first I'm going to spend some time playing villain in this universe.
'Wonder if I'll get to battle Teen Team or the soon to be new Guardians of the Globe if I create enough havoc? Guess I'll find out soon enough, but first I should go and collect those free resources from around the cosmos.'

~ Maegor Stark - POV ~
~ Winterfell, Westeros - 10 BD ~
The cold winds of the North were quite pleasant and comforting once you are either used to it or have known it chilling breathe upon your skin for most of your life. Or if you're like me–an reincarnated primordial vampire god from beyond the confines of this universes–you lose any sense of hot or cold wherever you are in the world. Yet still, the cold air of the harsh North is as comforting to me in the way only a native of the Kingdom of Winter would find. The same way that the blistering volcanic heat is to the Valyrian people of the Land of Always Summer; it's in the blood. Blood is everything.
It's been fourteen years since the last time one of my Shadow Copies returned from their assignments in the omniverse, the Shadow Copy that I had sent to the Harry Potter universe returned in triumph. He had been successfully integrated into the world as Corvus Pollux Black; even living for some time as the ruling Lord of the Ancient and Most Noble House of Black, created his heir, helped destroy an 'immortal' Dark Lord, and brought back enough resources for my use in the foreseeable future.
While the thought of a child that I would have no immediate relationship with was kind of a bitter pill to swallow, it was also gratifying to know that I was able to marry my previous life's childhood crush and even alter her ultimate fate in that universe at least partially. And Nymphadora wasn't the only one whose fate was altered for the better, other than helping to insure that Voldemorts second Wizarding War didn't last all that long as it should have, he went around altering some of my favorite characters stories, hopefully, for the better.
Then there is all the resources that was brought back in a large suitcase with an overpowered Undetectable Extension Charm—which housed more than just vast amounts of magical creatures, like Newt Scamanders did in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The suitcase is also filled with; copious amounts of rare and common books, both magical and otherwise, magical and mundane plants and seeds, a large assortment magical and mundane animals and creatures, a vast amount of magical and mundane contraptions, etc. Then there is the wizarding resources that he was able bring along, a handful of witches and wizards that, with the help of a certain ex-Dark Lord, were convinced that starting a Magical Empire in another universe, under the influence of a higher being, was a experience that they could not deny being a part of.
With all these resources and knowledge in my hands my plan's for the foreseeable future is a guaranteed success. The only thing that can get in the way of any of it is the puny Gods of the world and their followers. But ultimately it won't be a issue at all if my immediate plans go to fruition, I'll have usurped one God, allied with another, and crippled the last. Every other 'divine' being beside those three are of no consequence. And as for the Old Gods of the Forest and Rivers, I am one with the God's of my fathers people, I am the living embodiment of the Old Gods.
'Heh, everything is coming together very well, Gellert and the rest should be able to finish putting the finishing touches on the ritual for the Doom soon enough. After that it's all about waiting for the right time to begin my conquest of Planetos.' I self-satisfiedly thought to myself while sitting on the roots of the hearttree of the Winterfell godswoods. The godswood's being the place I've spent most of the time in when I'm not traveling through the world, and the place I've been when a Shadow Copy returns from their assignment in the omniverse.
'Speaking of my Shadow Copies, here comes number two, and with a humongous amount of raw power. I wonder what could have happened for him to be this strong upon his return? He almost feels like a completely new existence.' I thought to myself as I felt my Shadow Copy arrive from the void into my world making straight for my location. The shadow's in the godswoods start to congeal and writhe around as he gets closer. As I watch on in a giddy jubilation.
"No fucking way, my luck can't be that good... can it be?"
