Swoosh——————————
Everyone in the vicinity—including the Avengers who were busy ganging up on The Inheritors—except for Ryan and Solus at the center of the collision, was swept away along with the dust in a nuclear-like storm that lacked radiation!
Particularly for low-tier superhumans like Captain America, it felt as if every bone in his body was falling apart under the aftershocks of this storm. He crawled up from the ground, spitting out mouthfuls of dirt.
As for team battle mascots like the two Hawkeyes, who were even less durable than Captain America, if Wanda hadn't used her Chaos Magic to protect them in time, they probably would have 'crashed' and died in the storm by now...
Captain America patted his chest, looking at the two monsters whose mere collision caused such devastating movement. With lingering fear, he said:
"I think we should take those Inheritors further away to fight. This is even more terrifying than when Thanos attacked..."
Snake Cap stopped mocking his kinder personality at this moment and nodded in agreement:
"I agree. With our meager strength, staying here means those two monsters will probably farm us like minions in a bit!"
The two Captains looked at each other, putting aside their differences to reach a consensus on this point.
Then, Captain America and Snake Cap signaled their respective Universes' teams and shouted, "Thor, Hulk, clear the field!"
It was normal for the Avengers of the other Universe to listen to Captain America.
The reason the Spider Family members of this Universe listened to Snake Cap was purely because Ryan had appointed Snake Cap as the temporary Commander before they arrived.
Otherwise, the Spider Family wouldn't have given Snake Cap the time of day...
Snake Cap (Captain America) might be average in terms of raw power, but you have to admit, his resilient spirit and leadership abilities are top-tier!
Upon hearing the orders from the two Captains, the two Thors and two Hulks—who were holding their ground against the storm generated by Ryan and Solus's Impact—immediately grabbed an Inheritor by the ankle, spun them around several times, and violently hurled the four Inheritors into the distance!
Brothers, let's change venues and keep ganging up on them!
Seeing this, the rest of the Avengers and the Spider Family immediately followed to the new site where The Inheritors had been thrown, leaving this battlefield to the two terrifying beings who were not like humans at all!
At this level of slaughter, ordinary superpowered individuals could no longer intervene!
Even the top-tier ones among them, like Thor and the Witch Wanda, would likely only be able to provide support if they went up, and might even end up being a hindrance!
After all, both are essentially mages, whereas the battle Ryan and Solus were engaged in was the most primitive form of physical brawl!
Although both were powerful beings capable of soloing a Planet, neither liked using flashy superpowers. Their exchange involved no cool abilities; their fists were their most potent weapons!
Every punch from the two made the earth tremble, whipping up wild winds and tearing everything around them apart in the Impact!
One was an immortal race who had lived for an unknown amount of time, the strongest Inheritor who had experienced countless battles!
The other, though he hadn't lived as long—only a mere twenty-some years—had devoured the power of numerous strong individuals and absorbed the combat experience of the cosmic tyrant Thanos. He was the strongest Spider-Man!
In terms of pure strength and combat technique, the two could be said to be evenly matched, both being top-tier existences in the entire Multiverse!
Place any powerhouse here, and without using their own energy attacks, in a pure physical brawl, no one would dare claim they could face these two head-on!
But this even match only applied to strength and combat technique, where Solus could contend with Ryan.
One must remember that after Ryan devoured Morlun, he became immune to the Inheritor Family's ability to negate Spider-Sense—the very ability most targeted at Spider-Man!
Without this targeted skill, the gap between Spider-Man and an Inheritor at the same level of strength became apparent!
In the close-quarters combat pentagon, aside from strength and technique, Ryan's speed, reaction time, and flexibility could be said to completely crush Solus by more than just a little!
Furthermore, his bug-like Spider-Sense could now work against Solus!
So even if Solus could match Ryan in strength, with Ryan able to predict his moves in advance, Solus quickly fell into a disadvantage!
Ryan knew where Solus's next strike would land, so he could evade in advance.
Solus, however, lacked this ability. Moreover, his speed was inherently slower than Ryan's, so he couldn't dodge Ryan's fists at all and had to tank them completely!
Even though Solus possessed defensive power and self-healing abilities equal to his strength, he felt the power he had just recovered from absorbing the Master Weaver being rapidly consumed!
Between resisting Ryan's fists and healing his own injuries, his consumption was at least three times that of Ryan's!
If things continued like this, he would eventually be worn down to death by Ryan!
Solus shifted his moves toward defense, trying to preserve his stamina while his eyes scanned the surroundings, attempting to find a way to break the deadlock!
But this was the Quantum Realm, and Solus had been casually sealed here by Kang; he wasn't familiar with this place at all...
Moreover, the shockwaves from every one of Ryan's punches had leveled the surroundings to the ground. There wasn't even a single hair left nearby. What way out could Solus possibly find?
Thus, Solus's move to switch from offense to defense actually accelerated his death!
Because there is a saying: defense held too long will eventually fail!
When Solus was on the offensive, Ryan would have some restrictions if he didn't want to get hit...
But once Solus turned his offense into defense, Ryan's attacks became even more daring!
Ryan stopped using his fists; instead, the Symbiote in his hands converged into a decapitating greatsword, much like the one Thanos had!
However, unlike the broadsword shape of Thanos's double blades, the greatsword formed by Ryan's Symbiote looked more like the blade from Prototype!
It looked extremely hideous yet possessed an ultimate sense of power; just looking at it made one shiver!
Blade in hand, Ryan took a large stride forward and delivered a charged upward slash toward the defending Solus!
Clang——————
Solus's powerful defense prevented him from being split in two by Ryan's blade like others would have been, but his blocking arms were slashed with deep, bone-deep gashes!
However, Ryan didn't expect to kill Solus with this one strike; his goal was... to launch him!
Solus and Ryan shared a common weakness: they couldn't fly!
This was a very fatal point!
This is a common problem in American comics; the power scaling isn't very strict, leading to some weaklings being able to fly, while some Planet-busting powerhouses cannot...
And Solus's inability to fly was even worse than Ryan's!
Ryan couldn't fly, but he could at least use Silk and Symbiote-mimicked wings to achieve temporary aerial gliding and steering!
But Solus didn't have those two things as aids. His inability to fly meant he truly couldn't fly at all!
After being launched into the sky by Ryan's blade, he was completely removed from his home turf, and his combat ability in the air dropped significantly!
And the ever-merciless Ryan would not give Solus another chance to return to his home turf!
Remember the move he used to deal with Abomination?
That fighting style of descending from the heavens!
Against this kind of power-type fighter who can't fly, this move works every single time!
