Chapter 76 - Ch71- Packing Chaos...

Chapter 71– Packing Chaos

The mansion near Polo Forest became absolute chaos the moment shifting discussions started.

Not organized chaos.

Disaster chaos.

---

"WHO PACKED MEDICAL FILES WITH SNACKS?!"

Rhys pointed proudly.

"Efficiency."

Care looked one second away from murder.

---

Suitcases covered the living room.

Books everywhere.

Clothes thrown across couches.

Half-packed cartons.

Rhys somehow sitting inside one of them dramatically.

---

JJ walked downstairs holding three hoodies and staring at the luggage situation like she wanted to evaporate.

"…why does moving houses look like human trafficking?"

Lyra looked up from the floor.

"Because apparently we own too many things."

Alex corrected calmly:

"YOU own too many books."

"That's called intelligence."

"That's called structural damage risk."

---

Meanwhile—

Care was aggressively labeling medicine boxes.

Rhys kept changing labels just to irritate her.

---

"This says 'emotional support snacks.'"

"That's medically accurate."

"That's literally instant noodles."

"Exactly."

---

JJ laughed loudly from the staircase.

And for a second—

everyone paused unconsciously.

Because hearing her laugh freely still felt like a miracle sometimes.

---

Then suddenly—

another realization hit everyone again.

---

"…wait."

Lyra slowly looked toward Cole.

"You said Bangalore house."

Cole nodded once.

---

Care narrowed her eyes immediately.

"…define house."

Silence.

---

Rhys pointed dramatically.

"OH NO."

Alex already looked tired.

---

Cole calmly continued drinking coffee like nothing dangerous was happening.

Which itself was dangerous.

---

JJ crossed her arms suspiciously.

"Cole."

"Yes."

"How rich are you exactly?"

"Adequately."

"That sounded illegal."

---

Then finally—

Cole answered.

"It's a mansion."

Dead silence.

---

Rhys fell backward dramatically off the couch.

"ANOTHER ONE?!"

Lyra looked personally betrayed.

"Do you collect mansions like Pokémon cards?!"

---

Care stared blankly.

"…I genuinely thought the forest mansion was inherited family property."

"It is."

"THEN WHY IS THERE ANOTHER ONE?"

Cole blinked once.

"Because Bangalore is far."

Silence again.

---

JJ looked at him slowly.

"…you say billionaire things so casually."

Alex quietly added:

"At this point I think even governments ask him permission before breathing."

Cole ignored that statement professionally.

---

The next three hours became absolute destruction.

---

Rhys packed snacks before clothes.

Priorities.

---

Lyra nearly cried trying to choose which books to take.

Alex secretly packed the rest for her anyway.

---

Care threatened everyone with violence if they touched the medical supplies incorrectly again.

---

JJ somehow lost her charger three times while holding it.

Nobody understood how.

---

And Cole?

Calm.

Completely calm.

Walking through the storm like a man spiritually disconnected from human suffering.

---

At one point JJ dramatically collapsed across unopened suitcases.

"I don't want adulthood anymore."

Rhys immediately joined her on the floor.

"Correct. Let's become forest creatures."

"You already behave like one."

---

Care threw socks at both of them.

"Pack."

---

Later that night—

the mansion slowly became emptier.

Rooms clearing.

Lights turning off one by one.

The place that saved JJ's life quietly preparing to let her go.

---

JJ stood alone near the balcony for a moment.

Looking out toward the forest.

The wind softer tonight somehow.

---

One year ago—

she arrived here dying.

Lost.

Broken.

Unable to even remember her own name properly.

---

And now?

She was leaving stronger.

Alive.

Building dreams again.

---

A strange ache touched her chest softly.

Like gratitude mixed with sadness.

---

Then footsteps approached behind her.

Cole.

---

"You'll miss this place," he said quietly.

JJ smiled faintly.

"…yeah."

A pause.

Then softly:

"But I think it taught me how to live again."

---

For a second—

something emotional flickered across Cole's usually unreadable expression.

---

Then downstairs—

Rhys screamed.

"WHO TOOK MY CHIPS FOR THE FLIGHT?!"

Care yelled back instantly:

"I THREW THEM AWAY."

"YOU MONSTER."

---

JJ burst out laughing immediately.

And just like that—

the heavy moment disappeared again.

---

Departure Day

Morning came too fast.

Cars loaded.

Luggage everywhere.

Airport chaos already beginning emotionally.

---

Lyra wore sunglasses despite no sunlight because she claimed:

> "Airports are emotionally exhausting."

---

Rhys bought snacks before boarding despite already carrying snacks.

A disease honestly.

---

Alex handled documents calmly while pretending the rest weren't feral.

---

Care double-checked JJ's medicines six times.

Then checked again.

---

And JJ—

stood near the boarding gate quietly watching planes through the glass.

---

Bangalore.

A new city.

A new life.

A future finally waiting for her.

---

She smiled softly to herself.

Unaware that destiny was already moving pieces into place again.

Because somewhere else—

another group was preparing to leave for the exact same city too.

---

Manila Is Falling Apart

If Bangalore shifting at Cole's side was chaos—

Manila was a full-scale national emergency.

---

Watson Mansion looked like somebody detonated luggage inside it.

Clothes everywhere.

Passports everywhere.

Shoes in places shoes should never emotionally exist.

---

Percy stood in the middle of the living room holding three hoodies and yelling dramatically:

"WHO STOLE MY BLACK ONE?!"

Aries didn't even look up from documents.

"You own fourteen identical black hoodies."

"THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES."

---

Cin ran downstairs carrying instant noodles, headphones, and anatomy books all together.

Rakhi stared at him.

"…you pack like a divorced uncle."

"Medicine students transcend organization."

"That sentence physically hurt me."

---

Meanwhile—

Ella and Mica were arguing over outfit aesthetics for Bangalore weather like world peace depended on it.

---

Freya was trying to stop Endrix from bringing three laptops.

"You don't need all of them."

"I absolutely do."

"For what?"

"What if one dies emotionally?"

---

Calix handled actual important work because nobody else here functioned properly.

Visa papers.

Accommodation.

University confirmations.

Flight details.

Essentially parenting grown children.

---

Denzel joined through video call holding baby Grazel while Grace sat beside him exhausted but smiling softly.

---

"Please survive Bangalore," Grace said calmly.

Cin immediately answered:

"No promises."

---

Tiny Grazel randomly screamed into the camera.

Percy pointed dramatically.

"She already has Section E energy."

Denzel looked horrified.

"Don't curse my child."

---

Meanwhile—

Keifer sat silently near the massive dining table reviewing international transfer documents.

Focused.

Sharp.

Calm.

Too calm.

---

But unlike before—

there was something else now.

A strange restlessness underneath.

---

India.

Bangalore.

He didn't know why—

but something about the city refused to leave his mind lately.

---

Then suddenly—

Percy crashed into him dramatically holding papers upside down.

"I HATE VISA APPOINTMENTS."

Keifer moved his coffee before it died.

"Skill issue."

"You used to comfort me emotionally."

"You survived."

---

Even Aries snorted quietly hearing that.

---

The Visa Appointment Disaster

The next morning became worse.

Much worse.

---

Half the group overslept.

Cin wore mismatched shoes accidentally.

Percy forgot his passport at home.

Twice.

---

At the visa center—

the security guard already looked spiritually exhausted seeing them arrive together.

---

"Phones off please."

Immediately:

"Whose phone is ringing?"

---

Ella whispered aggressively:

"Act civilized."

Cin immediately leaned toward the biometric scanner.

"Can this thing detect emotional instability?"

The employee stared blankly.

---

Meanwhile—

Keifer finished his entire process in frightening silence and efficiency.

No wasted movement.

No unnecessary talking.

In and out like a machine.

---

The employees visibly relaxed after he passed.

Then Percy stepped forward.

And balance returned to the universe.

---

"Sir please look into camera."

"I am."

"You blinked."

"I have EYES."

---

Aries physically dragged him away afterward.

---

Outside—

everyone collapsed onto benches dramatically afterward like survivors of war.

---

Rakhi sighed deeply.

"…why does adulthood involve so much paperwork?"

Calix answered immediately:

"To test if humans deserve education."

---

Then suddenly—

Cin looked toward Keifer quietly.

"Hey."

Keifer glanced at him.

---

Cin hesitated slightly.

Rare for him.

Then softer:

"…you okay?"

The group went quieter automatically.

Because that question carried more meaning than it sounded.

---

Keifer looked away briefly toward the road ahead.

Cars moving endlessly.

People living normally.

---

Then finally answered:

"Yeah."

Lie.

---

Everybody knew it.

But nobody pushed further.

Because grief became something they all learned to carry silently now.

---

Final Packing Night

That evening—

Watson Mansion stayed awake until almost sunrise.

---

Music playing loudly.

People shouting across rooms.

Luggage getting zipped last second.

---

For the first time in a year—

Section E almost looked like themselves again.

Almost.

---

Percy stood on a chair dramatically announcing:

"BANGALORE WILL NEVER RECOVER FROM US."

Aries pulled him down instantly.

"Neither will we if you break your neck."

---

Mica secretly cried a little while packing because this was their real beginning now.

Not school kids anymore.

Not just reckless teenagers.

Adults.

Future careers.

Future lives.

---

Even Keigan and Keiren became emotional seeing everyone leave again.

---

"Bring us gifts," Keiren demanded seriously.

Cin nodded.

"I'll steal Bangalore itself."

"No crimes," Aries deadpanned instantly.

---

Later—

near midnight—

Keifer stood alone near the mansion balcony again.

Black hoodie.

Cold wind.

City lights below.

---

India tomorrow.

Bangalore after that.

---

He didn't know why his chest felt uneasy lately.

Like something was waiting there.

Something important.

---

Then behind him—

Percy suddenly appeared holding two coffees.

Silently handing one over.

---

For a while—

both just stood there quietly.

No jokes.

No chaos.

---

Then softly—

Percy said:

"…do you still think she's alive?"

Silence.

Long.

Heavy.

---

Keifer stared at the city ahead.

Expression unreadable.

---

"…yes."

Not hesitation.

Not hope.

Certainty.

---

And somewhere across the same country they were flying toward—

JJ laughed while fighting Rhys over chips again.

Completely unaware fate was already dragging two broken worlds back toward each other.
