Dron listened for what seemed to be ages. By the time he'd looked back up the second moon was already midway through the sky. He'd been gone all day.
The only thing that set his mind at ease was he'd shown Tempest how to work the fabricator before he left. At least he didn't have to worry about her starving.
He did have to worry about her going out on her own.
Or someone breaking into the house.
Or she's calling someone to tell them that he'd abandoned her.
It was a million and one things that could go wrong, but Dron was honestly just so consumed with the information that Clik had. The man seemed to have a never ending supply of tidbits and knowledge. He wondered why more people weren't asking him about Earth and Earth culture, but he figured it was because of the man's mannerisms.
Clik was a bit quirky.
