Kiara never Believe silence could hurt until it filled the doorway where her life fell apart.
she stood frozen, her fingers tightening around the grocery bag she brought to surprise her boyfriend. the apartment light were low, soft music hummed in the background, and laughter - feminine , A woman's voice. Familiar - floated through the air.
Clara's laughter.
her best friend's laughter.
she pushed the door open , heart pounding so loudly it drowned out every other noise. the kitchen light flickered onto the couch, bright enough for the scene that shattered her entire world. her boyfriend and Clara lay tangled together on a couch, flushed, bare, and unashamed.
for one long, painful moment no one breathed.
Clara looked up with a cold smirk.
"oh.... Kiara. Didn't expect you back so soon."
my throat closed. he stammered excuses, reaching out,but i stepped away.
"you disgust me ," she whispered her voice breaking.
she walked out before the tears won.
beneath her feet as she wandered without direction.her chest felt hollow, burning, collapsing in on itself. Somehow,she ended up in the bright lobby of a luxury hotel. she didn't think she simply sat at the bar.
"something strong ," she asked
one drink turned to three, then more.
the world softened untill it wasn't sharp enough to hurt her anymore.
she kept murmuring,
"i want to forget."
the bartender stared at her, concerned,but still keep giving her shot after shot ,she drank untill she couldn't tell her hand from her leg.
until words slurred into meaningless sounds, her heart went numb.
Across the hotel, Dominic Grant wasn't in his right mind neither.
his grandmother's orders had been simple:
"Give him something, just enough to lossen him up. I need to know if he is... ahh normal."
his body guard Ethan, followed the command against his better judgement.
now Dominic stood in the elevator, vision swimming,breath shallow. His usually sharp mind was slow , foggy,his pulse thundered painfully.
"sir, lean on me Ethan whispered, guiding him into the hotel suite.
Dominic didn't respond. he could barely stay conscious. Kiara dropped her room key. A staff member handed her the wrong one she never noticed. she could hardly see straight.
Kiara stumbled toward the elevator, her tears falling silently, her vision swimming in alcohol and heartbreak ,she followed the room number she could barely see.
she pushed the door open.
Dominic lifted his head weakly from the bed, eyes half-closed.
"you... came early"he whispered, mistaking her for someone arranged to be sent to him.
Kiara didn't understand any of it.
she only knew her heart hurt,she was dizzy,and the room felt warm.
She moved toward him
He reached for her.
he tried to focus , she felt small ,curvy , fragile but warm ,her soft moan brushed against his ear, making him loose the little control he had left .
hours before dawn , Ethan returned to retrieve Dominic for the meeting he could not miss.
but the sight of blood on sheets fresh,stark against the White made him freeze for one second.

Leaving Kiara who was still sleeping , all that was left were bundle of cash that was kept there by Ethan.
the morning light hit Kiara like a slap.

she was naked wrapped only with sheets

she scrambled out of the sheets- white sheets stained with a sharp splash of red. shame flushed through her body,panic suffocated her.

she spotted the cash next to the bed.
she sobbed harder.

Kiara grabbed her clothes and fled the room ,her heart tearing with every step .
halfway through the meeting, Dominic froze,he couldn't concentrate .
Images flickered his mind.
soft crying, warm skin, a woman's scent he couldn't forget.
He shot to his feet.
what happened last night ? he asked harshly.
Ethan, terrified didn't even hesitate as elders in the board of directors were as quiet as if dead was present but Dominic didn't care.

Dominic pushed open the suite door but stopped cold.
The bed was disarray.
The red stain glared at him.
And the woman's presence... gone.
"She left hours ago," Ethan said quietly.
"We didn't get a clear angle her face was not captured in any of the surveillance."
Dominic clenched the sheets in his fists and whisper coldly.
"Find her"
But she was already gone, they kept searching, Ethan realized she was not the one he hired as she was a virgin and the youngmaster was the one that took her innocence.
they kept searching but to no avail they couldn't find her.
Two weeks later, Kiara collapsed at her part-time job.
In the clinic, the doctor's word shattered her breath:
"you're pregnant. with twins."
Kiara stared,numb "pregnant with twins?"
"Yes ,about two weeks."
Her hands trembled violently.
Leaving the hospital, she searched for the man from that night, hotel records, receipts, any clue- but no name, nothing,she couldn't find anything.
so she broke down .
as a young girl that was only 19 she couldn't think straight all she was thinking was how to find the man but nothing was found not even a name talkless of a picture , she was still thinking abortion is the last thing on her mind, but she can't even think of harming the innocent life growing inside of her , sense kicked inside of her.
She touched her stomach.
"I will be both , mom and dad, to u , since i don't even know the man that took my innocence, i don't know who he is ..... I can't find him.... "she burst into tears "but i promise you I will give you a good life".
