"No. 13, is Eraser Head here?"
A steady, almost casual voice echoed out from the swirling purple vortex. "According to the class schedule I got a few days ago, All Might should be here… Hmm… Shina Etsuha is here too. That works—taking him out wouldn't be a bad option."
"It's rare that I brought this many toys along…"
Shigaraki Tomura tilted his head, scanning the gathered students with a faintly puzzled expression. "All Might… the Symbol of Peace… isn't here? Are we just supposed to kill a bunch of kids to draw him out? Ah… well, there's also Shina Etsuha. Killing him would be just fine too…"
The Nomu came in all shapes and sizes. It was obvious now—the League of Villains had amassed a terrifying stockpile. Losing a few clearly meant nothing to them anymore.
Shina Etsuha's expression hardened.
The scale of this attack exceeded even his expectations. After only a few encounters, the enemy had already developed this many Nomu. There was no way of knowing how many had been specifically designed to counter him. Even he couldn't afford to act recklessly now.
"What the hell is this…?"
Kirishima Eijiro took an involuntary step back, staring at the grotesque creatures in disbelief.
"What about the school's alarm system?"
Yaoyorozu Momo asked, her voice tense.
"Uh… that's strange, it should've activated…" said Thirteen, clearly confused. "Why isn't it going off?"
"The enemy isn't stupid," Shoto Todoroki said coldly. "This was planned. They must have disabled the alarm system before attacking."
Some students managed to stay composed—but for many, this was their first real encounter with villains. Fear gripped them instantly. Their throats tightened, their legs trembled, and their hearts pounded uncontrollably.
The sheer malice radiating from Shigaraki—and the monstrous presence of the Nomu—pressed down on them like a suffocating weight.
Etsuha glanced at the people around him. Their fear was understandable.
"It's just a group of small fry," he said in a low voice. "But that big one… Teacher Aizawa, you shouldn't—"
Before he could finish—
Shota Aizawa had already stepped forward, pulling on his goggles as he charged straight into the enemy ranks.
"No. 13, try to contact the school. I'll hold them off!"
"What?! He's taking on that many villains alone?!" several students gasped in shock.
"There's no such thing as a hero who only knows one trick."
Aizawa plunged into the crowd of villains without hesitation. Several Nomu immediately activated their quirks—but at that exact moment, his gaze locked onto them.
Their movements froze.
His quirk—Erasure—instantly nullified their abilities.
Taking advantage of the opening, Aizawa surged forward. His capture weapon snapped out like a whip, wrapping tightly around two Nomu before he delivered a crushing kick.
Bang!
The force was overwhelming. One Nomu collapsed instantly.
Another lunged forward with a roar, but Aizawa deftly tripped it with his binding cloth, slamming it hard into the ground.
In the blink of an eye, two Nomu were neutralized.
"As expected of Eraser Head…" Shigaraki muttered calmly. "His close combat skills are exceptional. And with those goggles hiding his eyes, it's impossible to tell whose quirk he's erasing. That really disrupts coordinated attacks…"
Aizawa moved like a phantom among them—fluid, relentless, and precise. Surrounded by multiple Nomu, he showed no hesitation. Each strike carried brutal force, dropping enemy after enemy.
Within moments, three more Nomu were taken down.
"So this is U.A.'s strength…" Shigaraki frowned. "Annoying."
He clicked his tongue.
"Those were supposed to be for Shina. But we can't just waste them. Send in the 'special' ones."
A crouching Nomu behind him suddenly twitched—
Rip!
A pair of massive, fleshy wings burst from its back. With a heavy beat, it launched into the air, its grotesque body resembling some kind of monstrous flying pig as it hurtled straight toward Aizawa.
"An alteration-type quirk…?" Aizawa's eyes narrowed. "Something I can't erase?"
He immediately shifted tactics, preparing to bind the creature midair—
But at that same moment—
A blur of black shot out from behind Shigaraki like a blade, streaking directly toward Thirteen.
Aizawa's expression changed instantly.
"That's bad… The real threat just moved!"
His instincts screamed at him—whatever that black figure was, it was likely the strongest among them. If it reached the students, the consequences would be disastrous.
But the flying Nomu bore down on him with overwhelming force, forcing Aizawa to stay engaged.
"Where are you looking, Eraser Head?" Shigaraki's voice rang out mockingly.
Aizawa froze for a split second—
Above him, the winged Nomu had already reached its apex—
And then it dropped.
The creature's massive body, easily over 200 kilograms, plummeted like a missile. Aizawa leapt backward without hesitation, keeping his gaze locked on the surrounding Nomu to suppress their quirks.
But in midair—
Pop!
The flying Nomu's body suddenly swelled, doubling in size as it crashed down toward him like a falling mountain.
