Slowly Yuxuan opened his eyes and gazed at the roof of his new house,
'My second day in the Gu World'
Truthfully speaking he had no need for sleep right now, he was a mortal in an immortals body, as such he would only really NEED sleep after a long while of prolonged menal energy expenditure and right now while only dealing with mortal affairs, well - he had more than enough energy.
He had simply decided to go to sleep because he could - maybe a force of habit as a regular person or maybe it was because of the benefits he was given.
Yesterday after awakening his apeture and getting his A Grade Aptitude he was taken in by the Clan Head.
After a while of walking and talking Gu Yue Bo understood much about Yuxuan
When it was revealed that he had no parents and had no house he was offered a wing of the clan heads mansion to which he politely declined using a reasonable excuse.
As far as everyone knew, Yuxuan had grown up alone, completely alone and it was only natural that he enjoyed the feeling of being left alone - the clan leaders house had many servents and there would also be many people moving in and out since the clan head would be giving them orders
Not only that but Yuxuan had chosen to have his aptitude at 95%
This meant that he would always have people wanting to talk to hi , he would always have people trying to engage with him and advise him.
Since he was taken in as a the Clan Heads disciple he was free from having to speak to the clan elders, but what about the students?
He would need to deter them as much as possible from speaking to him
One of the steps he had taken to ensure that was asking for the house at the end of the villiage.
The Gu Clan was very large and had thousands of people residing within it, expelling the people from one of the houses that was at the edge of the clan was not difficult for the clan head to do so.
That was the first gift Yuxuan was given by the clan head
The house was a 2 story house that was strong, it had come with a decent number of room for each faciliy and also came with all the furniture he would need.
The second gift was 10 primeval stones also given by Gu Yue Bo
He normally would not have given Yuxuan anything, he hadn't given any to Fang Zheng, but Yuxuan literally had nothing to his name and also had no one to give him any assistance.
10 primeval stones was not a significant amount for a Gu master but it was better than nothing specially taking into account that he could not give to many to Yuxuan as it would be seen as favouritism which again, wouldnt normally be a problem
But the clan head didn't only have 1 A Grade disciple, he had 2 - and while Fang Zheng had his aunt and uncle for support, they too could not provide him with endess supplies

There was also the 3rd gift that Yuxuan had recieved
He even got 2 servents to take care of all his needs and listen to his orders
One was a rather beautiful women who was a mortal and had a good figure, she had long flowing bred hair and soft rosy skin which highlighted her blue eyes. She looked to be about 18 years old - the same mental age as him
The other was a rather large man, he had a muscular frame and seemed to have a body honed throug martial arts, his skin was white too but was a lot tighter and tougher than the girls, he had no hair on his head. He seemed to be roughly 34 years old.
Gu Yue Bo had explained who these people were
The young women was a girl born from 2 Gu masters and yet still had no talent whatsover to be a Gu master, after having it announced that she had no aptitude she was disowned she was forced to serve as a slave in her clan taking care of house hold tasks
The only thing that Chi Jing Xiao had held hope to was that maybe her family still cared for her since they had not sent her to be sold as a concubine - but that hope was gone.
Trying to build a relationship with someone who had the ability to become the future clan head they had given her to him as a slave
The man was given by the Mo clan and he was a mortal too, he was also born with no talent and was also disowned but he was used as fodder for hunting such as for bait and he was also given to curry favour.
Yuxuan did not mind
The Clan Leader would have also wanted Yuxuan to have helpers to atleast make sure he was being taken care of well - an A Grade talent was the hope of their clan after all
He woke up from the bed and stood, stretching his hands above his head and standing on his toes he felt the stiffness from the sleep dissapear. He turned and started to walk towards the window
He pulled the cloth curtains to the side and looked out. The morning sun was just rising

Yuxuan heard the system play in his head - 'Oh good morning'

That was something that Yuxuan had asked the system to do when he had landed here, having knowledge of what was happening in his body was good and would also allow him to plan forwards from there
But he did not ask the system to give him the update because he heard the foot steps coming up the stairs and eventually reach the front of his door.
With a few soft knocks, Chi Jing Xiao opened the and bowed
'Wait till we are alone and i can hear you' - He instructed the system wanting to know what the girl was here for
Understood.
"Good morning Master" - Jing Xiao's voice rang from the door, almost a whisper as she bowed and raised her head
"Good morning" - He responded curtly
They both stood there for a few seconds in silence before she spoke again
"Master i have your bath ready..." - Her eyes widened slowly before she lowered her head and spoke in a hushed tone - "I Uhh... Unless master wants me to bring it here to bathe him?"
'...This one is cute' - He thought to himself
She will die.
His expression turned deadpan which caused the girl to flinch - 'How honest...'
"You can go eat or something, i will bathe myself" - He replied
She slowly rose her head and looked at him - "Thank you Master!"
She turned and left quickly
'You don't have to block my chance at love you know'
The Master will live for many years more than the women (Jing Xiao), she is also mortal with no talent - there is nothing good that will come of building a relationship with her.
'Well fair enough i guess...' - He chuckled and walked out of his room towards the bath room.
Yuxuan was not Fang Yuan, he was not immune to the allure of a women it was just that he wanted to succeed in his goals a lot more than he would want to spend time with a women
Walking out of the room Yuxuan turned and walked of the bathe
'Im... filthy as hell'
Getting into the bathroom he looked at the cloth and dish of warm water that was on the ground in front of the chair. He moved to sit down he started to wash his body while speaking to the system
'You can give me the updates on my body now'

Yuxuan already knew what he wanted to know and since the system shared his mind it knew what he wanted to hear and so it started to speak

Yuxuan had finished his bath and moved out of the room with a cloth wrapped around him.
Yuxuan had not paid himself any attention in terms of physical appearance since the power of his body was much greater.
But his body was well developed, his hair was a finger's length below his shoulder and had a deep black colour, the same as his eyes.
His body was tall, very tall – 6 feet at minimum. It also had a great physique like a gymnast.
This was all unnecessary for someone like Yuxuan, who had spent a quarter of his life in filth, looking filthy and smelling filthy too.
He had always been unkempt and dirty, using the gravel floor to file his nails and keep them short, letting his hair grow long as he had no access to a barber or even a simple knife; his teeth had fallen out due to lack of nutrition as well.
But now?
He was gorgeous, extremely so – if one were to compare him to someone, his looks were no lower than the male body of Bai Ning Bing.
So when Chi Jing Xio stood in front of his door with no clothes and just a towel around his waist, her face started to blush like a tomato.

After about 10 he took the clothes from her hands and walked into his room – "Do not allow anyone to interupt my rest"
He closed the door.

A vast chunk of my consciousness is tied to your own, but the main function of my existence is to ensure the master makes the best decisions and advise him.

Of course the system was like this. Every man had the innate goal to increase his worth and power and try to court the perfect woman, and he was no different.
It was using that and the fact that the Gu world, through Fang Yuan's gaze, admired and rewarded strength and influence.
Chi Jing Xiao had neither.

That is a good decision; upon reaching rank 6, the Master will be able to develop good relationships with powerful individuals.
Yuxuan ignored the system and moved to the drawer besides his bed; opening the drawer, he pulled out a small cloth bag – in that bag contained 10 primaeval essence stones.
He took them and sat on his bed in a lotus position as he spread them in an arc on the bed.
Without Connecting Heaven Gu, Yuxuan did not have the ability to gaze into his blessed land, but what he did have was the system and its free functions. All he needed to do was instruct the system to do what he wanted, and it would be done.

The essence expenditure is dependent on what is being copied; for mortal structures such as the primaeval stones, a single immortal essence stone allows for an almost endless usage.

Yuxuan got a better understanding of the Gu he had designed.

He could feel a bead being used and the essence flowing over his aperture.
Yuxuan could not see inside of the aperture, but he would have seen a unique sight.
Each primaeval essence stone on his bed remained there as if nothing was happening, but Yuxuan, who had already seen them, had their image and usage imprinted in his mind.
The divine copy was shaped like a mirror and, despite there being nothing in front of it, reflected the primaeval essence stone. One by one, each stone had an identical copy made.
The process was completely smooth with no issue at all.

Yuxuan let a great smile appear on his face as the 10 stones exited his immortal aperture and were placed with the rest on the bed.
He now had 20 primal stones!
'Wait...!'
A thought flashed in his mind.

The Rank 10 Gu in master's possession is not part of the Gu World. Unlike an Immortal Gu, which is a fragment of the heavenly Dao, Endless Sevetude Gu does not exist in the Dao, nor do Divine Copy Gu or Essence Stone Gu.
'Wait, but I created the Gu, so shouldn't it work regardless? If what you say is true, how can I create an immortal Gu copy?' If they are the fragment of what they represent in the heavenly Dao, how can I create a copy?
Masters Sovereign Immortal Aperture exists outside of Heaven's influence. The Fragments of Heavenly Dao – The immortal Gu can be replicated within the master's aperture due to its unique design, provided it is never removed.

This was new information to him, but in a way it made sense.
An Immortal Gu was the fragment of the Heavenly Dao; there was a reason that only one could exist at a time, and there was only one fragment of it existing in Heaven.
Having a Rank 10 gu allowed him to bypass that within his aperture because it was completely separate from heaven, unlike the blessed lands and grotto heavens of others.
It may not have been heaven's will in their aperture, but heaven still affected it.
The proof of that was the heavenly tribulations that Yuxuan was free of. Heaven believed in balance.

If one were to explain it simply, the sovereign immortal aperture had its own 'heaven', and it was not the 9 heavens within the aperture. What was actually the 'Heaven' for Yuxuan was one of two things that were the same thing as well.
Him and the system.
Picking up the primaeval stone, Yuxuan let out a smile.
'I'm going to cultivate. Inform me if someone comes for me.'

He may not have been able to enter his immortal apeture just yet but his mortal apeture?
He could definitely enter it and he wanted to cultivate

With Masters aptitude it would take less than 20 days with the use of less than 10 essence stones
That was expected, Fang Zheng with his 80% primeval sea took a little over 1 and a half months finishing in second place after fang yuan who had the liquor worm.
Right now Yuxuan knew that his fellow students were currently in the academy and all of them were currently learning how to access their primveal sea but Yuxuan already knew how to do so and also had the systems help.
6 Days from now they will be given the chance to choose their vital gu and the competition would begin, 6 days after fang yuan would win
After that the challenge to become vice president would come and that would mark the day everyone starts to cultivate.
Around a month after that Fang Yuan becomes a rank one middle stage gu master, shortly after fang zheng would follow
So what if Yuxuan, with a higher aptitude and recovery rate than all of them started now - 26 days before any of them began?
He would reach rank one middle stage less than one week into the competition!
