The car drove Stella Lockwood and Skylar Lockwood home. On the way, Skylar was like a fragile child, nestled against her younger sister. She drank a little water after getting in and then fell into a deep sleep, though she startled awake in fear several times.
Morton Grant was driving. For the trip back, he had procured a private car, which was more discreet.
Before long, the car stopped. Stella Lockwood glanced out. "Where are we? Aren't we going back to Nancaster?"
"Your third sister is here."
Morton Grant replied, steering the car into an upscale residential complex.
"My third sister? Here?" Stella Lockwood was stunned.
"Yes. Your third sister has already been rescued and is staying here. Your second sister's condition makes it unwise to take her to a hospital, so I'll have a doctor come over to see her..." Morton Grant explained clearly. "For now, I'm bringing you three sisters back together."
