"I swear I haven't moved it."
'So, the notebook couldn't have just grown legs and run off. Someone must have hidden it. The only thing I'm sure of is that the thief who kept breaking in never got their hands on it. Otherwise, they wouldn't have set fire to the house.'
"Have you asked your second sister?" Sean Quinn inquired.
"She absolutely forbids me from looking into what happened to my dad…" She stopped abruptly, a look of realization dawning on her face. "The notebook... my sister might have it! Otherwise, why would she be investigating the Easton Family?"
"Yes, that's very likely." Sean Quinn nodded. 'She's getting quicker on the uptake.'
"I'm going to find my sister." She turned and rushed out.
Sean Quinn grabbed her and pulled her back. "Wait a second."
'This girl is so impatient.'
"What is it?" she asked, turning to face him.
"Do you have a small flathead screwdriver?"
"Yeah."
"Go get it."
"What for?"
"You'll see. You can go ask your sister later."
"Oh."
